UPDATING ISSUE?
Things You Can Try Before Attempting to Install an Update:
Before Updating EMO/AIBI, Please Ensure the Following:
•
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the EMO/AIBI Mobile App.
•
The Internet Connection is stable and strong.
•
EMO/AIBI is on his charger.
•
EMO/AIBI’s battery is at least 50% charged before starting the update process.
•
EMO Smart lights are unplugged.
•
EMO Auto Update is turned off in the app in case of any updating issue
•
Try updating EMO/AIBI by using voice command:
Call EMO…wait till he replies, then say
“Install latest firmware now.”
Call AIBI…wait till he replies, then say
“Start Update.”

If nothing has worked so far, it would be best to create a video showing details about the issue, including:
- Order Number
- Location
- EMO/AIBI ID
You’ll see and find your EMO/AIBI ID easily — it’s a combination of EMO, letters, and numbers. Usually shown in the EMO/AIBI Mobile App
when you open/refresh it and try to connect them.
Tip:
It’s a good idea to screenshot or note your EMO/AIBI ID. It’s often needed when contacting Living.AI Support for any assistance.
You may need to submit it to Living.AI support via email at service@living.ai. They may or might need to manually push the current update for yor EMO via OTP (Over-The-Patch) or OTA (Over-The-Air Patch) update.
Just let them know that you’ve tried everything and that your EMO/AIBI is not updating from the former Firmware to the latest and actual Firmware.
