Please check to make sure you have a good wi fi signal and that AIBI has the correct information for your internet, city and time zone in the app. Make sure your language setting is correct.
I would also refer you here for tips and trouble shooting to see if this fixes your issue and AIBI updates to 1.6.0 (make sure the app is updated as well).
If this does not help, get video of the attempts and send a link to service@living.ai along with your AIBI I.D. and order number (if you still have it), your language setting and location. Please note that China is preparing for their national holiday for Lunar New Year and responses may be delayed.
