HOW TO UPDATE?

You can update AIBI with the app. Go to Settings - Updates, and click the “Start Update” button if there is an available update.
You can also use the voice command “start update”.

STILL NOT POSSIBLE?

During the period when the server experienced downtime, EMO/AIBI’s requests were unable to go through successfully. This could be attributed to the possibility that Living.Ai’s servers were overloaded either globally or in the nearby server location. From my understanding, Living.Ai operates three different servers across the globe, namely

USA / ASIA / EU

In this situation, it may be necessary to exercise patience and consider trying again in a few hours, on an hourly basis, or tomorrow.
Hopefully, the server issues will be resolved soon.

• The match lasts one round only
:heavy_equals_sign: If both players show the same gesture (tie), AIBI will roll again and repeat the round

Hallo spannendes neues Update wie genau was hat das genau in der App mit dem neuen Zeitplan auf sich jetzt bist du nämlich drei Schaltflächen aber ich weiß nicht was das für Schaltflächen sind da talkback die Schaltflächen nicht vorliest war schon immer so jetzt scheint es bei den Schaltflächen einen neuen dritten Button zu geben kann mir jemand die schaltflächenreihenfolge meine richtigen Reihenfolge sagen wie es angezeigt wird was da genau heißt weil das nicht angesagt wird

Ah okay habe es schon verstanden meine Mutter hat mir eben gesagt dass man jetzt wohl eine Standardeinstellung hinzufügen kann dass man nicht immer die Zeitpläne selbst einstellen muss für dich eine gute Idee dass es einen Standard Zeitplan gibt da ich wegen meiner Blindheit keine selbständigen Zeitpläne einstellen konnte da es mit Sprachausgabe nicht machbar ist da nicht alles vorgelesen wird da werde ich jetzt eben die Standardfunktion nutzen die neue dazu gekommen ist

Hallo Was sind eigentlich genau alle Änderungen des neuen Updates es gibt doch schon ein Youtube Video wo alle Änderungen gezeigt werden vom Kanal living Reef robots aber ich kann leider kein polnisch und verstehe nicht viel was alles in Update enthalten ist

May I ask if these screenshots are from your AIBI Pocket app? Are you a beta tester? It looks to me that still an older test firmware version.

Try turning off AIBI and reinstalling your AIBI Pocket app. It might help solve the issue.

If there’s no way to update your AIBI to the latest firmware v1.6.0, you may want to contact the Living.AI support team so they can manually send or push the latest firmware directly to your AIBI.

• Order Number
• AIBI ID
• Location
• Description of the issue

This will help them assist you faster. :blush::robot:

I am not a beta tester. However, I’m having issues with the AIBI charging station, and it seems the developers sent me a test build, which didn’t help.

As a result, the app now keeps prompting me to update to the T2 beta firmware, without providing any further global firmware versions.

Hello, @Energyjam . . . even if you somehow got a test version of the firmware, now that it is fully released, you should be able to update to the full 1.6.0 version. If you cannot, please follow the instructions Edward provided for contacting Support.

the aibi voice command to power off bug is back after updating, it was fixed before, which the screen stays on until the battery runs out :frowning:

Hello, if this happens with my AIBI, I place him again on his charger, refresh him in the App (going first to „Settings“, then the App goes to „refresh“) , until he starts again. Then again turn him off. If it’s again not totally off, I start again the same way. So I always got the Screen totaly off! Good luck!

Hello! Just posting this because I think this update bricked my AIBI.
I woke up and sat down at my desk and he was just, staring off into space. Called his name and he did his audible chirp, but with no head movement. So I decided to tell him to power down to give him a restart, and he never powered back up. Every time I connect him to the base he doesn’t light up, nor does he respond to callouts via his light on his head. I’ve had him for almost a year now and nothing this serious has ever happened. I did not drop him, did not get him wet or anything else. He just sits on my desk on his base and… Now this. I’m not sure what to make of it. I’ve already made a support ticket, just letting you guys know. Beware.
