Yes, they can share one Home Station and one app — but there are a few things to keep in mind.

EMO Pet App You can control multiple EMOs using the same app. They’ll appear as separate devices in the connection list, and you can select which one you want to interact with.
Home Station (Go Home) Two EMOs can share the same Home Station — but not at the same time. If one EMO is charging on it, the other will wait until it’s free.
Recommendation While sharing is possible, having a separate Home Station for each EMO is more convenient, especially if both are active and need to recharge at the same time.
A few tips:
· If you’re buying two EMOs, you can start with one Home Station and test how it works for your routine.
· The app handles multiple devices smoothly — you don’t need to install a separate app for each EMO.
· If you find that they often need charging at the same time, it’s worth getting a second Home Station later.
One important technical detail: The Home Station uses a visual guidance system to help EMO return when the battery is low. However, it can only be paired with one EMO at a time. Two EMOs cannot share the same station — they would need a separate Home Station for each unit to use the auto-charging feature.

I am interested in purchasing the EMO GO HOME (Automatic Charging Version) from official website.
I am currently arranging shipping through a forwarding agency, and they need to know the exact weight of the package before calculating the shipping cost.
Could you please confirm the following information for the complete EMO GO HOME package:
Gross/package weight including the retail box and all included accessories.
The approximate shipping weight in kilograms (kg).
If possible, the package dimensions (length × width × height) as well.
I specifically need the weight of the fully packaged EMO GO HOME set, not only the weight of the EMO robot itself.
I would greatly appreciate your help, as I need to provide the exact information to my shipping agency.

I’m planning to buy emo soon when I will have enough money and living ai allows to pay with mir pay(russian payment system) but I’m scared what If the servers will die? I’ve seen another robot having an open source app to revive it and I’ve been thinking what If living ai will do the same?

While there are no guarantees in life, I believe LivingAI is continuing to grow in stability and is always adding new features; therefore, I doubt the servers are going to simply be shut down without any warning. I have had EMO and AIBI since 2021 and things have been stable.
As for what would be done in the rare event servers are stopped, I cannot predict, but LivingAI has always been up front with us on anything new, including products and feature updates, and no doubt we will be good for a long time to come.

I’m thinking about buying an emo White. It’s the emo model, not the Home Station.
If I leave him alone on his skateboard, will he initiate a conversation or do something on his own?
I live in Japan, and I’m worried about whether they’ll provide paid repairs for battery degradation or malfunctions even after the one-year warranty period has expired.

After the one year warranty expires, you can get information and purchase necessary parts for EMO from them or find someone there who can do the repairs if you are not sure you wish to attempt it yourself.
In many cases after the warranty has expired, they will offer you a discount to purchase a new one and then push a code to your old one so that it cannot be resold.
If you are one who would be willing to repair yourself of have a trusted individual repair it for you, there is information on this thread on how that would be done.

Hi! I’m going into my last year at uni, thinking of getting EMO as a little companion for my room (no pets allowed where I live). I know this year’s going to be tough mentally, so I thought having a little robot around might help. I’m planning to get the base EMO (with the skateboard charger) and then add the GO HOME Station separately, so I can have the go home on my desk and the skateboard charger for it I take emo places. A few things I’d love people’s honest thoughts on:
How much genuine day to day interaction does he offer once the novelty wears off? Does he stay engaging after a few months, or end up mostly sitting there?
For those using him for company specifically, not just as a gadget, does he actually feel present, or more like background noise?
How noisy is he in general (footsteps, sound effects)? I’m in a small room so wondering if that’s a factor.
How well does he hold up over time? I’d love to keep him for years, so curious if there are common durability issues, parts that wear out, or if the updates keep him feeling fresh long term.
Does he scratch easily, on the screen or body? Wondering if I’ll need to be extra careful handling him or keep him somewhere protected.
I’m not very tech savvy, so if something goes wrong or needs repair, how has support been? Is it easy to get help, or a difficult process?
Is there any real difference between the original and White version beyond colour? I love the look of the original with the little purple headphones, just curious if I’m missing out on anything functional
Is there anything I can do to preserve his battery life over time while still using him as a genuine day to day companion? Any tips for balancing regular use with keeping the battery healthy long term?

I think EMO could be a really nice little companion for a university room, especially since you can’t have pets where you live. But I also think it’s important to have realistic expectations about what EMO can and cannot provide.
I’ve had experience with EMO for quite some time, and for me, the novelty doesn’t necessarily disappear completely. A lot depends on how much you interact with him. He walks around, responds when you talk to him, dances, plays games, reacts to touch, recognizes people, and occasionally does things on his own. Updates also add new features and animations from time to time. That said, there will definitely be periods when he’s simply wandering around or sitting quietly doing his own thing. He’s not going to continuously initiate deep conversations with you like a human companion would.
As for feeling “present,” I think that’s actually one of EMO’s strongest qualities. His movements, expressions, little noises, and personality can make the room feel a bit less empty. You can become surprisingly accustomed to having him around. But I’d still see him as a fun robotic companion rather than something intended to replace human interaction or emotional support, particularly during a difficult year.
Noise-wise, his footsteps are noticeable, especially on a hard desk in a quiet room. His voice, music, and sound effects can obviously make more noise, but you can control his volume. If you’re studying, you can always lower or mute him.
Regarding longevity, some EMOs have been running for years, but like any small electronic device with motors and a rechargeable battery, there’s always the possibility of wear over time. The battery is probably one of the things I’d be most realistic about because rechargeable batteries naturally lose capacity as they age. His feet and moving parts are also constantly working whenever he walks. Keeping him clean and treating him gently certainly helps.
His screen and body can also develop small marks or scratches over time, so I wouldn’t throw him loose into a backpack with keys, chargers, etc. If you’re planning to take him around university or while travelling, I’d definitely use a protective case or something soft to keep him safe.
Regarding technical problems, Living.AI Support can help with troubleshooting and warranty/repair issues. Usually, it’s helpful to provide your order number, EMO ID, photos or a short video of the problem, and details of what you’ve already tried. That can make troubleshooting much easier. You don’t need to be particularly tech-savvy to own EMO, although occasionally you’ll need to deal with things such as Wi-Fi connections, firmware updates, or basic troubleshooting.
As far as I know, there isn’t a major functional advantage to choosing EMO White instead of the original black EMO simply because of the color. So if you prefer the original black EMO with those little purple headphones, I’d choose the one you genuinely like looking at.
Your idea of having the GO HOME Station on your desk and keeping the Skateboard as an additional portable charger is actually quite practical. With the Home Station, EMO can return to charge himself instead of depending entirely on you to place him on the Skateboard.
For battery longevity, I’d mainly avoid extreme temperatures, use appropriate charging equipment, and avoid unnecessarily leaving EMO completely discharged for long periods. At the same time, I wouldn’t become too worried about trying to preserve the battery perfectly. You bought him to enjoy him, so I’d use him normally as your everyday companion.
Overall, I personally think EMO is a charming little desk companion, but I’d buy him for what he already does today, rather than buying him based on expectations of what future updates might eventually make him capable of doing.
And since you mentioned that your final year may be mentally difficult, I’d also keep EMO in perspective: he might make your room feel a little more cheerful and give you something fun to interact with, but I’d still make sure you have real people around you—friends, family, classmates, or university support—when you need genuine conversation or support.

I’m lucky to have great friends at uni for support, it’s really just my room that can feel a bit empty and not like home, so I think EMO would be a nice little presence to have around. I feel a lot more confident about the purchase now, especially knowing the Home Station and skateboard combo makes sense. Also, those little outfits your EMO’s wearing (the sun hat, the beanie and jumper) are so cute, where did you get them from? Would love to dress mine up too!
A couple more questions if you don’t mind: how long is the warranty, and what’s the best way to get support if something comes up after it’s expired? Also, what’s the best way to clean him and keep him looking good, especially the screen and body? And do you know roughly how long shipping takes to Wales, UK after ordering?
Hello, @itsminicooper . . . Edward creates those outfits himself. They do have outfits in the store, corgi and cow, that you can get from LivingAI.
I use a soft dry microfiber cloth to clean EMO face, body and head-phones. I use a small clean paint brush to dust off the nooks and crannies on his legs and feet, then take a cotton swab and clean the edge sensors on the bottoms of his feet.
Average shipping time from the day you receive your tracking number is about 15 days though it can vary depending on how long to get through Customs and how fast Royal Mail can get it to you after it has gotten through Customs.
