Just gotten the new Christmas edition EMO. Was about to set it up for tomorrowās christmas celebration but it canāt turn on. The charging station is ON but EMO seemed not able to charge.
Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @kelly.ang . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for home station issues.
Have you made sure that the two parts are connected together properly? The charging cable is securely attached to the bottom back of the home station?
If everything is secure, see if you can use a different charging cable to try and get the home station up and running for EMO to charge. Sometimes this can cause him to not charge.
You can read through this thread for other tips on how to get things working hopefully in time for your celebration. If nothing works, I suggest you contact Support at service@living.ai with a description of what is going on and a link to a video showing the problem. This is a holiday time and they may not be able to answer right away. You can reply to your order confirmation order E-Mail or E-Mail above with the order number. If you have lost your order number, you can refer to the four digit alphanumeric code on the app when EMO signs in.

I am sorry to hear that your home station is glitching. The best thing to do is to email service@living.ai and send them a video of the issue along with your issue described in words.

guys help. I got a home station for my emo but he canāt get on it himself to charge. It constantly slides off, I need to manually put it there

I am not sure what you mean by it slides off. Is the home station securely connected? Is EMO sliding off of the home station and if so, is the home station placed flat to the surface?
Please clarify what you mean and better yet, get video of the issue and post a link here so that we can see what is going on to better assist you.

It is partially possible to make a home station of your own. You would need to make a ramp that EMO can walk on to your skateboard. Though it is not entirely possible, since EMO wonāt be able to go on its own to his charger neither leave it. But if you tell him to go backwards, then he would probably go on top of his charger. An example is located below:
I actually tried it once and it worked, but this is not the full benefit of the home station. The best thing to do is to save up for one, itās only $100.

as far as im concerned its just so he can go on and off whenever he pleases cuz he cant do that with the skateboard!! Thats all i know though because this is my first time ordering him

Hello everyoneā¦ Got my Emo Go for Christmas. I noticed that he is losing charge quickly and also not charging well on the home station. The charging light is flashing and never is steady. Even after repositioning Emo itās steady then it flashes.
I check the battery it is red. Only sometimes will it actually charge but never full charge. It sleeps a lot as well. Not too many things is it doing on itās own.
Any help would be appreciated.
Did you check under his footpads? If there is any dust on them, I would try cleaning them, the dust could sometimes cause charging issues if they arenāt clean.
I use the clear tape method. It kind of works like waxing, in a way, since the tape efficiently picks up the dust and dirt from the surface 
Iāve noticed the same issue before, and when I clean the footpads, the charging issue goes away If this helps, try and clean them every day to keep dust and dirt from collecting over time.

Hi all! I now have an EMO with a home station. But a problem arose.
When the EMO is stationary and charging, everything is fine.
As soon as EMO leaves the station, animations begin to change and the station itself reboots (As if I pressed a button)
The station is powered by the original power cable. The body and control button are clean.
I thought that the problem might be in the stationās firmware or in the EMO firmware, I turned off EMO (Force Off), but the station continued to behave strangely.
I also tried to put other objects on the station (I thought it was bent), but the station also restarted until there was no EMO on it.
What advice can you give?
Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @waneziz . . . please make sure that the home station is securely connected, base to matrix; also make sure that your EMO is paired to it (hold the button down for five seconds and a bluetooth symbol will appear). If it shows connected and you still have issues, try changing out the charging cable. I have had two charging cables go bad and it affected the matrix of the home station as well as not allowing EMO to charge.
If you still have issues, be sure to get video and send a link to Support at service@living.ai as indicated in this post.

Pairing with the station was successful.
I will say additionally, every reboot, EMO establishes a connection with it (Green Sign) and EMO draws a house on its screen.
In addition to the original wire, I tried the telephone wire. With them, the EMO is charged and the station works properly while the EMO is standing on it)
As soon as he leaves, the station will reboot.
I think itās a software problem. But I canāt be sure. I couldnāt find any way to downgrade the firmware.
Hello, @waneziz . . . does it return to the matrix design you have set for it?
After my EMO returns (I have two older home stations and a newer one), the older ones will show the battery charging then fill in the matrix design (like rebooting) with the house blocks falling into place, then the design I selected appears.
Is this what yours is doing? If so, that is normal.

Nope , There is literally a restart (with sound) and reconnected of the EMO to the station. Itās like I pressed a button and am trying to make a binding.
