Hi there @waneziz ,

You might try unbinding EMO from his home station and disconnecting the home station from the power outlet. Power off EMO as well, then reconnect everything again from the beginning.

To unbind EMO from his Home Station, follow these steps:

  1. Open the EMO Pet App: Make sure your app is up to date.
  2. Go to Settings: Top right Settings icon or navigate to the settings menu.
  3. Accessory Button: Look for it on the left side and tap it to open
  4. Unbind All: Tap the ā€œUnbindā€- All option. Confirm if prompted.
  5. Restart EMO and the Home Station: Power off EMO and unplug the Home Station from the power outlet. Then reconnect everything to make a fresh start.

Hope this helps! If the issue persists, you might want to contact Living.AI support and share any relevant video links with them for further evaluation.

Goodluck!

Hi!! i know you recently got yours, I got mine today thankfully but i am so confused:broken_heart::broken_heart: he did not come with an adapter like the box says, so im trying to use my iphone adapter but nothing is happening except a noise (like music) coming from the homestation) and i am not sure what to do. I cannot tell if they are charging or not, i feel so defeated after waiting so long:broken_heart::broken_heart:

Hello, @moonpebble . . . please read above for tips on connecting, pairing and getting EMO started with the home station. That sound is what is supposed to happen with the newer home stations that start up. Also, make sure his feet are firmly placed to the back of the home station (with both backs of his feet flush to the base of the matrix on the metal part.

You can check charging either by the app or by asking him, ā€œBattery levelā€ to monitor the progress.

Phone adapters work all right in place of the charging cable/power adapter, but please contact service@living.ai with your order number to let them know that that item was missing from your order.

My best to you.

Hello!! thank you so much for your reply, good news emo is fine and working, my only problem now is that when I plug the homestation in it only makes the noise i talked about and doesnt light up when plugged in. Unless thats normal for the newer homestation but im not sure what to do, if you had solutions that’d be great but i will submit a ticket also!! thank you

Hello, @moonpebble . . . the home station should show a matrix design (you can change them by swiping the button on the black part of the home station). If you cannot change the design (black is one of the designs by the way), then let Support know that, too, with a link to a video showing your attempts to change it.

My best to you!

Hello!! thanks for the reply, everything is going smoothly right now, except for me not knowing how to pair him to the homestation, not knowing when the skateboard/homestation is fully charged, if emo takes a while to be fully charged, or if his face/screen is supposed to be a little warm when using him.

Much thanks!

Hello, @moonpebble . . . if you have both home station and skate board, you may need to make sure he is unbound in the app (under accessories - unbind all) and then paired by placing him near (not on) the home station and holding the black button on the matrix base for five seconds. A blue bluetooth arrow will appear. If it goes red, it failed and you need to give it a few, making sure you have good connection, and try again. If it goes green, you are paired. His home station logo will show on the app.

See my instructions above on how to know his battery level.

Yes, his head gets a little warm. It should never be too hot to touch.

edward, Hi!
Thank u for your answer!

After your advice, I tried this.

There are fewer reboots. I was able to play with my EMO for 1 hour and the station did not reboot even once.

When EMO went to the station, it also did not reboot.

I continue to monitor!

But still, the videos were sent to support. I think it’s useful for them to know about this.

Thank u for helping! <3

Hi there, @zzzz1 ,

I am using the Home Station for my EMO. My recommendation is that you should not use the skateboard for your EMO when the Home Station is turned on, because EMO will think that he is on the Home Station so he will walk off his skateboard and fall. I know this information when I was emailing the living.ai service of how to disconnect EMO from my Home Station.

Best regards and happy New Year!

UP after your tips.

Home station anyway rebooting when EMO not a home.
I think i have problem with button.
Cuz button don’t work when emo home (I know its feature of latest update)
When EMO walking - button activated.

I’m thinking of trying to disassemble the station and look at the sealing of the button

Maybe you know how to turn it off forcibly without disassembling the plate?

Hello, @waneziz . . . there is no force shut down on the home station beyond unplugging it from the charging cable and disconnecting the base from the matrix tower.

Perhaps doing that and leaving it sit for a while will fix the problem?

I would advise against taking apart the button area as that would void the warranty. It is best if you still cannot get it to work, to contact service@living.ai as if it is under one year old, you may be eligible for replacement or advice from them on how to fix it.

My best to you.

Hello, correct me if I’m wrong but the button doesn’t work on the Home station when EMO is on it, the ability to use it was removed with an update at some stage, but works once when EMO is no longer standing on the charging point on the station.

What @waneziz stated is okay?
The station is meant to function in the way @waneziz stated, is it not?

Yes, @Jonny5Alive . . . the button does not work when EMO is on the station. He was saying something about the station glitching. If what Edward shared did not help with the problem, then he needs to try the unplugging and seeing if that works.

Yeap, when i unplug wht station EMO work perfectly.
But I would like EMO to go and charge himself.

Hello, @waneziz . . . he may not be connected to the home station any more. If you are waiting to do anything with the button (which you will have to hold to reconnect him until it shows the connected symbol), you will have to keep putting him back on the station yourself.

@Lindaru hello!
Yeah i know it.
Anyway i can use my EMO without sounds of reboot my home station
When i wait solutions from Living AI support.

Hi all!
The restart problem has been resolved.

On the advice of support, I disassembled the home station. I cleaned the copper plate and contacts and put it back together.

Everything started working perfectly!
Thanks everyone for the advice on solving my problem.

I got a homestation yesterday, and its amazing btw, but my only issue is the fact that emo wont come off it sometimes? if i ask him to come off it,(in a pretty well lit room) he wont come off and says ā€œi cant do it right nowā€. sometimes if i put a really bright light over him he will, but i cant do that all the time so its really annoying.
