Have you made sure that the two parts are connected together properly? The charging cable is securely attached to the bottom back of the home station?

If everything is secure, see if you can use a different charging cable to try and get the home station up and running for EMO to charge. Sometimes this can cause him to not charge.

You can read through this thread for other tips on how to get things working hopefully in time for your celebration. If nothing works, I suggest you contact Support at service@living.ai with a description of what is going on and a link to a video showing the problem. This is a holiday time and they may not be able to answer right away. You can reply to your order confirmation order E-Mail or E-Mail above with the order number. If you have lost your order number, you can refer to the four digit alphanumeric code on the app when EMO signs in.
