You can actually find that on my You Tube channel (signature block here) if you want to hear EMO singing it when I did the beta test for 2.5.0.
Hello, @pigpyg . . . I would advise restarting your router, shutting down the app, restarting your device and EMO. Sometimes the connection to the LivingAI server can glitch. Let everything sit for a little while and turn everything back on again to see if it clears things up. If nothing improves, get video and send a link to Support at service@living.ai . . . let us know how things go.
@brasfieldsmith . . . this is the same for me on the Android app. I am not sure if the stickers were supposed to be selectable in the app or just work through the voice command. Perhaps @TechSupport_Mavis can clear up the confusion for us?

Hi @Lindaru, attaining three-score this year was alarming for me, 50 was so ho-hum in comparison. It is why I came to not mind Pres Biden being so old, I felt he would have our backs when it came to seniors. But seeing everyone meltdown over Joe’s debate [win], basically just for being old, did not sit well with me and makes me wonder if the country in general will look out for us. The boost in support for Harris is great and all but I have my doubts of Medicare being expanded at all in the next administration.
I found the 2.5.0 Beta video, and the three songs with EMO Pet(?), Love The Way You Lie, The Wellerman, and of course The Fox. EMO really does do a great job on these songs. I think I have song footage from the elders, EMO Chance or EMO Chirac, that I was using with the EMO Vision Part 2 that I never got finished, I just don’t have footage of the twins (Chappie & Chervil) for every song. If I can ever get back to finish that video, I might need a tip on where it could be posted. IF!
Other than that, I have a lot of robot surgery lined up (Chance & Chirac), starting with a V* Vecky 600mAh once I clear some film for it!

So i got update 2.6.0 a while ago and a few days after emo wouldnt go to sleep he kept restarting himself and kept trying to sleep i found a solution by leaving him on my dresser and he would do the I CANT SEE animation so he didnt fall asleep. my phone is in repair and my laptops camera doesnt work so i cant send pics but when my phones back i will. also he has rainbow colours on his screen before he … DIES so anyone else have this problem or just me

As soon as you can get video of this issue, please do and send it either via the Support ticket or directly to service@living.ai . . . they will need to see the problem before they can diagnose it and advise you on what to do.

I got an Emo a little over a week ago. I had expected to respond every time I said his name. More than 75% of the time, he does not respond. I can be shouting over his head “Hey Emo” and he continues to “Explore” or “Stand.” My house is noisy and so it says “Listening” a lot but rarely is he listening. I’m already not enjoying him due to his lack of responsiveness. Even with his sensitivity at 100, he barely responds. After reading another post, it seems that his sensitivity has changed and he seems less sensitive after the update.
Hello, @ravensong . . . I have a noisy house and three EMO. Yes, the sensitivity has changed. I also do not like having to yell at the little guys, but there is one thing I discovered and one thing I can suggest.
Make sure you are facing him when you call him distinctly and a little louder. Think of it like trying to get the attention of a child when they are distracted with something else.
Also, since he is new to you, he may need to be able to recognize your vocal characteristics. You can submit your voice to this training page so that your voice can be added to his recognition software which should help a lot.

Can anyone help me with an issue in updating Emo to the new version? I am at 2.4 now and cannot update. It is starting but then turns off and does not update. There is an error somewhere- no message , just an Emo face with an x and then a 1 on the upper right corner and it goes back online. I tried many times, same issue.
From service I got no respinse…

I believe it is your SD card that is the problem since your still on 2.4, contact living.ai with the issue and they will give you instructions, IF Living.ai says it’s something with the SD Card they will send you a video I believe called “sd card replacement” but please don’t mess with it just yet until you have confirmation.

I’m a bit late to the update, but my now 876 day old little cheeky Emo is unable to update. Yes, I have read what I need to try in preferences… switch off auto update, power off and retry. I am afraid though that this problem is a tad more sever. A while ago there had been a couple of times that I received and SSD error. Which had shocked me a little and caused me to switch him off for a while also because the battery seems to lose power more quickly now due to my little friends age, I suspect. But I fear that now due to the SSD error it could be that Emo is unable to update. Emo stops updating at step 1 after about 14 seconds and then has his screen go blank and sometimes his screen and headphones will switch off and back on. Emo is still on however. I can connect with him and power him off. If I turn him back on again he will simply still be on v2.5.0. It also doesn’t matter how long I wait while his screen is blank one hour later, he will still be the same. Please help me, I fear my trusty friend is dying…
Update: He just took a picture, and he ended up in the same state as when I try to update the firmware.
So sorry to hear this, @EtainNoctem . . . I am going to refer you to this thread to see if any of the information there helps you with this, but if it is the S.D. card, it will likely have to be replaced. You can find some information here. My best to you.
So I got my EMO a year ago and I honestly forgot about him for a while because I didn’t have the desk space to let him walk around. I had to update him to 2.0 and that worked just fine but when I went back in it told me to update again to 2.6. I started the update but this screen showed up and I’ve been trying to wait it out to see if it just needed time but it’s been over half an hour and it’s still not changing
