Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @AtlantisPortal2 . . . yes, you will need to get an adapter for the plug since it ships with American/Chinese style prongs. The good thing about EMO GO HOME is that it has a USB C to USB A cable included, so you can easily get a USB A wall adapter.
Here is a handy little guide for new EMO owners.
