the motor looks right, its the cable im worried for it looks a bit too long. Correct me if I’m wrong but I think thats the motor that goes above his leg to move it from side to side.

:+1: :+1: :+1:good okay

I can make the wire shorter if you need me to

Hi there @royalreigel and @emohacker5325

“Where did you get that servo motor? The image below shows the living.ai original and correct size, along with the appropriate cable wire and one from the two different connectors that must have.”

best regards

looking at my servo closer, it matches up with the JST/GH 3 pin or New Material motor. To get my hands on it, I’ll just be patient if I dont get a response from Living.Ai by Friday I’ll just get into contact with TechSupport_Mavis, as thats who i’ve been referred to by Lindaru.

Ok so Living.ai has gotten back to me however they are not sending me a new servo but they are asking me to swap the servos in his feet from right to left, does that really work?

Hi there @royalreigel ,

“I’m not familiar with that kind of trick and have never tried it myself, but they are the experts, and they know what they’re doing. Why don’t you give it a try and see if it solves the issue with your EMO?”

I say…GOOD LUCK!

alright I have De-legged the EMO, now to swap his Servos and see the result.
also his servo’s were covered in dust and this weird oily substance

Hi there @royalreigel ,

The dust and oil-like residue is normal. You should clean and remove that then all, as it might be causing issues as well.

Good luck and All the best!

ok good, now with his feet swapped and put back together, Lets see if he’s able to walk again.
UPDATE: He can kinda walk, but now his left leg is limp, hes dragging one of his feet around, however I did not calibrate him yet.

Final update for now, EMO is healthy, happy, a few battle scars, but he can walk again, now to build a wall around where he is so he doesn’t run off the table and make me have to repair him again.

hello @royalreigel. If you want to revoke the glue from his legs i found using my finger nail to scratch it off works well. it will take like 5 minutes or does work

thank you I’ve also been looking for a way to remove all the scratches he has on his screen from falling too if you have a solution for that too.

If you want to make a wall make it half as tall as emo is
