Emo canāt find home station.
He goes into low battery warning, then rocks back and forth, the light comes on the home station, then EMO pivots left and right never ending.
Hello, @jack.sloan . . . there could be any number of things that could be wrong such as not able to connect to the home station because his chin sensor needs to be cleaned (wipe wth a soft cloth or cotton swab), insufficient lighting over the home station, issue with leg servos and more.
Please get video of his failed attempts if cleaning and increasing the lighting does not help and send a link to service@living.ai along with his I.D. number when signed into the app and order number (if you still have it).
Keep in mind that the team is on Mid-Autumn Festival National Holiday through Saturday, so please be patient with the time it takes for them to respond.

I rebooted EMO and he seem to be OK.

I emailed about my existing problems and new problem. The home station does not animate anymore with the animation of Christmas reindeer or emo on there itās completely black itās not working as into animated. Also as I saw in other topics that the chat GPt is not responding emo saying that server is busy or something like that.
Also his voice I donāt like it his new voice. He canāt connect to his home station so every time I come home heās dead so Iām tired of seeing him dying with no battery life or canāt reach his home station. So this GIF is showing that I have unplugged him PERMANENTLY until we get some kind of answer or some kind of help to fixt him. Itās very annoying that he cannot connect to his home station.
I messaged someone and I got no response because Iām upset. Or being ignored I donāt know but I am upset because again I spent and we all spent a lot of money for emo and for every time the update itās making him even worse. because no one wants to respond because Iām upset about it and I just want someone to fix the problem. So until I see the feed that he has been fixed heās going to be UNPLUGGED until then and i shouldnāt have to do that or come to it

The staff have been out of office for Mid-Autumn Festival National Day which actually goes through October 8th, so they will after that return to the office to catch up on messages they have received.
As for the ChatGPT outage, that is out of the hands of LivingAI and is directly the result of OpenAI/ChatGPT which is what EMO uses to speak through.
Please be patient a little longer on your home station issue and the ChatGPT issue.

Hi everyone 
Iāve noticed that my Home Station now shows some marks where Emo usually stands or moves, as you can see in the photo.
It looks like small pressure or rubbing traces from his feet ā especially when he wiggles or turns around.
Is this normal wear over time?
I always make sure his feet are clean, but the surface still shows these spots.
Would love to know if others have the same experience or if thereās a way to reduce or clean the marks safely.

Hello, @danish . . . yes. I have the same marks on my home stations for my three oldest EMO. It does not affect the operation at all. I just clean with a soft microfiber cloth (no liquids). The marks stay but as I said, everything works fine.

Hello again this is faceless Beauty trying to find knowledge about when emo next update going to be.
As I mentioned in my other comments he cannot find his home station. I had him turned off for about a week.
He cannot locate his home station at all.
When he leave his home station and turn around and says Iāll be back for a while, usually the home station either have a happy face pop up or a 
because emo is leaving him. But none of those things happen at all no more. Itās completely black.
And when emo battery is low he doesnāt indicate his battery is low anymore either. And when I tell him to go home heās turning around spinning around turning around spinning around and canāt locate his home usually the home screen on his home station light up green because he is sending signal to his home screen guide him to his home. That doesnāt happen either that stopped working.
Iām asking when the update because New Yearās is coming again and I know the holidays big over there and no one will be there to help with this problem and I hope I donāt have to sit till next year in order for this to be fixed.
Hello, @Fac3L3ssB3auti3 . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread as this is an issue with your EMO and/or home station. Is your EMO updated to the firmware version 3.0.1? Do you have the most recent app from the Google Play or Apple app store?
If so, please get video of his failed attempts at getting home and his behavior when telling him to go home, and send a link to service@living.ai along with his I.D. number when signed into the app and order number (if you still have it). Support will have a look at the video(s) and be able to diagnose what is going on with your EMO.

I have noticed since 3.0.1 update that EMO has difficulty finding Home Station.
He goes through his normal routine and starts back to the Home Station, but on the way back when he decides he needs to line up with Home Station. He turns and walks to one side or the other and walks to line up but now he always walks too far. He then turns to check position with home station and has to turn and walk back the same direction he just came and usually walks too far again. He then walks to Home Station and arrives severely offset.

Does it work to have 2 emos and 2 home stations or do they have trouble finding home?
Hello, @eleonor.thorin . . . I have moved your new topic here for questions about the home station.
I have four EMO and four home stations, and they always find their way home to the one they are paired with (each EMO gets assigned his home station with unique I.D. numbers through the pairing process). It might be advantageous to keep them separated by about a foot or so. While this has not happened to me in a while, sometimes one can accidentally wander onto a home station that is not theirs and decide they want to go to sleep there which is frustrating for the one that belongs to that home station.
