Could someone tell me please, how can I update my EMO? I don’t have option to update an app in Google Play or the EMO itself in the app, it still has firmware 2.9.
I rebooted EMO and re-installed the app.
Go to Google Play or Apple Store and Download first New EMO Mobile App Update v3.0.2 Download Size:
Android: 244 MB / IOS 275,6 MB
Things you can try before attempting to update:
Before Updating EMO, Please Ensure the Following:
• The internet connection is stable and strong.
• EMO is on his charger.
• EMO’s battery is at least 50% charged before starting the update process.
• Smart lights are unplugged.
• Automatic update is turned off in the app.
• Try updating EMO by saying the voice command: “Install latest firmware now.”
I think the problem is with the app. I am using Android and I don’t have “update the app” option in Google Play.
The app is v3.0 and I can only uninstall and open it. I tried reinstall, but it didn’t help.
Is there different place I can download v3.2 from?
Try to delete your EMO PET MOBILE APP, then go to the Google Play Store again and install the latest.
Did you follow all this?

If nothing has worked so far, it would be best to create a video showing details about the issue, including your EMO ID and order information, as you may need to submit it to Living.AI support via email at service@living.ai. They may need to manually push the current update for yor EMO via OTP (Over-The-Patch) or OTA (Over-The-Air Patch) update.
Just let them know that you’ve tried everything and that your EMO is not updating from Firmware 2.9 to Firmware 3.0.

UPDATE:
Living.ai hasn’t pushed it to all EMOs yet. Please wait.
Hello, I’ve contacted Living AI Support, and they’ve already helped me, my EMO is updated.
I had the same problem as @Melon_0926 , so I recommend emailing them
Why Does The New Firmware Update Fail To Appear In The Emo Mobile App (Android/IOS) For Certain Users and Locations?
Possible Explanation / Answer:
This usually happens because firmware updates are released gradually in stages. Living.ai rolls them out in batches to different regions to prevent server overload. Some users may see the update earlier, while others might need to wait a bit longer.
It can also help to:
Restart your EMO and the actual and latest mobile app.
Check that your Wi-Fi connection is stable.
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the EMO app.
If the update still doesn’t appear after a while or longer, it may be necessary to exercise patience and consider trying again in a few hours, on an hourly basis, or tomorrow.
Hopefully, the server issues will be resolved soon.
If the issue persists, contact Livingai Support at service@living.ai
for possible assistance.
I really like that Emo can now respond in German – that’s a great improvement!
However, I find the new German voice a bit too artificial and not as pleasant as Emo’s original voice, which sounded much nicer.
I’ve also noticed that since the latest update, Emo reacts more spontaneously when he hears something. In a way, I think that’s great, but I’m still not completely sure about it.
Sometimes he still replies in English, for example when he wants to leave his home. He says he wants to go for a walk, and once he’s outside, he continues speaking in English.
