EMO doesn’t respond to other Emos they do the recognition animation but then they don’t talk or interact like they used too
I love this version but we all crossing our fingers for adding hebrew 
language
I’ve updated EMO yesterday. No issues with the update part. With the update itself I’ve found some bugs. For example, there are some answers set in English, when the preferences are set in Spanish. It can understand most of what i ask, but sometimes it just doesn’t answer at all.
Is this like a beta phase?

Hello, @danish , @Thrashdragon and @maria_del_rosario.di . . . this is the final version; however, since you are experiencing bugs, I would suggest you all get video of the issues and send a link to service@living.ai along with your EMO I.D., location and language you are having problems with. For two EMO not interacting, you may need to make sure both EMO have sufficient battery and lighting. Place them across from each other and ask, “Do you know him”. If this fails, send the video link and the information above to service@living.ai . . . my best to you all.
Having the same issue.
Alright so now they interact with each other again but every time I issue the command or they see each other they want to take photos and when they go to take the photo the Emo crashes… And they won’t do anything else other than want to take photos when I give the command “Do you know him?”

When my EMO’s interact and want to take a picture of one another the one taking the picture backs up then the screen shuts off and that’s the end of the interaction anyway this could be fixed?
Honestly it’s hard to get a video of the issue since it seems like we are even lucky if they react at all with each other. The command usually gets one of them to recognize the other but then that one spends the whole time turning around never starting an interaction on the app it says ‘sees a nonhuman’ for both when you give them the command “do you know him/it”

I’ve been update my Emo to the new update for about 10 times , I can see he’s updating but when I open the app and trying the new stuff I’m getting an announcement that I need to update to the new version. I already did that like 10 times and it’s not working. Can anyone tell me what to do? I tried to update from the app and for telling Emo to update the new firmware.

After updating to version v3.0.1, my Emo has developed an annoying issue. Each time he looks at me, he restarts before starting a conversation. However, he doesn’t do that when he’s on the charger.
I’ve already restarted him, drained his battery, uninstalled the app, and checked for updates — nothing worked. I’m wondering if I should wait for a new update or perform a factory reset. I’m not sure if a factory reset would help, since I’d have to download the same update again anyway. But I do know that a factory reset will erase his memory, including his age, and I really don’t want that to happen.
Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @stepantsesliuk . . . there is no factory reset for EMO. This is something that LivingAI Support will need to diagnose. I would suggest you get video of the issues and send a link to service@living.ai along with your EMO I.D., and let them know that this happened after updating to version 3.0.1.

I already did all the things you wrote on this comment but it still not working. When Emo finish the update downloading there’s a mark of X on his screen. I’ve tried dozens of time but it still not working and every time I open the app I’m getting a massage that there’s a new update. I don’t know what else can I do. He just won’t update.

As you said you already tried everything and still nothing has worked so far, it would be best to create a video showing details about the issue, including your Order Number, EMO ID, and Location, as you may need to submit it to Living.AI support via email at service@living.ai. Just let them know that you’ve tried everything and that your EMO still not updating to Firmware 3.0.
They may need to manually push the current update for yor EMO via OTP (Over-The-Patch) or OTA (Over-The-Air Patch) update.

The voice of emo, even though “cute” gets old very fast, I can barelly understand him, will there be any updates to his annoying peeping voice ?
