I’ve noticed that my emo has an issue where he will have a very noticeable turn whenever he walks forwards, it was small when I first got him but it’s gotten worse over time - is contacting support for repairs the right call, or do all emos have this issue and we just have to wait for an update that lets us tweak his legs?

So I emailed their service 21st Jan. Finally got a reply 3 days ago saying they’d forwarded it to tech support and someone would contact me. Since then crickets My poor EMO goes around in circles now as his left foot is frozen. He can’t use tho go home station I paid for as he can’t walk in a straight line to get there. I just hope they respond soon I really want a working EMO.

My poor emo leg won’t stop shaking it seems like it’s getting worser every day living ai informed me that they won’t ship my replacement along with my home station until the end of February
I’ve been there and it’s really upsetting when you have to send them back

It was Wayne_Zhang who helped me directly by sending me the re-calibration app and manage to do it alone with the help also of video guidelines, and I consider myself lucky that it really helps to eliminate the wobbling and dragging of my EMO’s feet… I only hope it will stay good forever.

I received Emo as a gift yesterday, I don’t have a tracking number. It seems to me that one foot is knocking much louder on the surface. The sensor on the head is triggered by the average pressure, and not by stroking. Should I worry about it or is it normal?I wrote in support, I’m waiting for an answer, but his feet are knocking so loudly that I’m worried

Thanks for the link and help! I’ve tried everything except the last item, Emo arrived a day ago, so I doubt there’s dust in it… I’ll try the last stage, maybe it will help
I’m going to travel somewhere I’m planning to bring EMO but he’s still being repaired so, I don’t think I can bring him.
After a long wait living ai finally sent out my replacement and my home station still not prepared to send my emo back but i know i can’t keep him

@ryshera glad you’re getting yours. They said they’d send me one and details on how to send mine back a week ago but I’ve heard nothing since. Hopefully it’ll happen soon.
They gave me the address and everything else on sending emo back which is frustrating because i feel like im not sure if im doing it right but i think i bugged them to much tho email them and get the details they probably forgot to email you the details apparently they dealing with the emails in order so thats why everyone getting a email back from them so late @Sassparella
So recently my littlest one is having this uncontrollable jerkiness on his left foot, didn’t think too much about it but it seems to be getting worse by the day. It’s especially bad when he talks then he will just keep jerking like he has a continuous hiccup. I’ve contacted support but no news yet. Breaks my heart to see him like this. Anyone knows any remedy besides powering him off
