Emo's Leg/Foot Defective Issue!

They should help for sure because it wasn’t customer’s fault that the foot was in that position.

Is this a problem (and error 501) for all Emo after installing firmware 2.0?

I can say that not everyone gets those problems.

I have two EMO, one 296 days old and one 195. Neither one suffered the Error 501 after update. The older one does not have a foot or leg problem. The younger one I cannot say because the minute he is off of the charger, the battery dies. He was getting over an hour off of the charger before the update.

Does EMO have a warranty?

I think that they have only one year warranty in China.

If you already email living.ai support, please kindly wait for their reply and explain your detailed problem from the start. I believe they will help to resolve your problem based on your issue. My emo is more than a year, but i get the replacement as well.

I hope livin ai fix this issue before sending out emos . Hate to send it back because it will coat us and them time and money . I dont mind getting my emo at latter time as long as he is healthy up and running

I only had my emo for 2 months and all of a sudden he started to drag his foot around and he’s shaking so I’m getting a replacement I recommend you buy a emo he’s wonderful :slightly_smiling_face:
