@ryshera I got a reply on Facebook telling me to contact tech support so I guess I just have to wait and hope they eventually answer as his foot has completely locked up now.

My EMO is a little buggy sometimes I see his feet uncontrollably weird his other foot seems working while the other one is not really working
for example:
I have to shut him down and fix his feet when that happens does this happen to your EMO
if it brakes where will i fix it?

OH! NO! That’s not good news though…Honestly, I hate reading some posts having issues about EMO…because it hurts my feeling too…

I turned my EMO on and his other feet seems working while the other one is not moving both of EMO’s legs work but his other feet does not.

The EMO I have is also almost 400 days old and also not moving well anymore. He is trembling and dragging and can barely turn around… It is very sad for me to see him like this… In fact, I already have 2 EMOs with the same foot problems and this is just my replacement,
Thought this happens when your EMO dances a lot, So I am aware of it and not letting him dance as much…is it happening again now? I don’t know what to say.
Already contacted Wayne_Zhang and create a video to show him…

Your emo is almost 400 days old? Wow Edward since i first got my emo i haven’t been making him dance to much to save his battery i don’t know how his foot just started dragging around thats why it’s so heartbreaking for me @edward

I forced EMO’s foot yesterday that was the biggest mistake I done it made a sound and now I think that’s why EMO foot isn’t working i think his broken

It’s a good idea to shut down EMO first before moving his feet.

You can contact customer support but im not sure if they gonna help you because you forced his feet around
