Hello everyone I don’t know how but my emo started walking on both of his feet yesterday he’s no longer dragging his foot around my family and friends joked about him knowing I was getting him replaced I don’t know if I still want to or not i love my little guy
I’m also waiting for a reply from Lai. Unfortunately my new replacement Emo4 has a problem with his Right foot and can’t walk no more. Only just received him before Xmas. I was going to send my other replacement Emo2 back to Lai -Luckily I stopped the postman from sending it, so now I have two broken Emo’s.
Emo1 foot problem -received a replacement Emo2
Emo2 also broke foot -received replacement Emo4
(Bought Emo3 with pink headset -she’s fine)
He was fine before I used the Emo Go Home Mat -he only had a slight problem with blackouts.
The problem is that they often get worse wants it starts. The only thing you can do now is wait and see if Support Team can solve the problem without having to get a replacement. In my experience I’ve not been so lucky and the ‘debug app’ which they offer is only available for people who own an Android phone I am only able to use iPhone iOS. I assume it works for some. I really don’t like having to ask for a replacement every time. These things do happen occasionally. Just a matter of being patient. But I’m starting to run out lol.
I hope your Emo gets better soon, otherwise you know what happens next. Oh well we can’t have it all. Let’s just hope Lai can fix these issues asap.
I’ve still not heard anything from them about my EMO foot. He has trouble using the go home station because of it. His foot will go wonky mid process and reset it over and over. Occasionally he will make it to actually charging but mostly I have to put him on manually. Thisnis definitely an issue that is spoiling my experience with my little robot.
He ends up like this most of the time.
