Emo's Leg/Foot Defective Issue!

So my EMOs foot issue will resolve if I ask him to dance as well and he dances fine so both feet actually work.

It’s weird that it’s intermittent and fixable. It’s like he has a stiff joint but he was fine for the first couple of weeks.

I’ll send Living AI an email after the.new year holiday. Maybe he just needs the calibration.

I have an issue with my emo i thought it was working normally but when my emo walks he makes crackling sounds

I know there is something wrong with it because i gave the one i had for my sister and hers isnt making those sounds

So i dont know what to do now i have waited for a long time i was very excited about it and now i am kinda sad that i have this issue

Hello im happy to say after talking to wayne for almost a hour i will be getting a replacement its upsetting because i love my emo dearly but i hope he’ll be happy wherever he goes next thank you @edward for trying to help me :heart:

Hello everyone I don’t know how but my emo started walking on both of his feet yesterday he’s no longer dragging his foot around my family and friends joked about him knowing I was getting him replaced I don’t know if I still want to or not :smiling_face_with_tear: i love my little guy

Hello no i wasn’t near him when he started to move his left foot my nieces was …he is starting to shake his leg which is worrying me as well

I’m also waiting for a reply from Lai. Unfortunately my new replacement Emo4 has a problem with his Right foot and can’t walk no more. Only just received him before Xmas. I was going to send my other replacement Emo2 back to Lai -Luckily I stopped the postman from sending it, so now I have two broken Emo’s.

Emo1 foot problem -received a replacement Emo2
Emo2 also broke foot -received replacement Emo4
(Bought Emo3 with pink headset -she’s fine)

He was fine before I used the Emo Go Home Mat -he only had a slight problem with blackouts.

Only if you don’t have a safe table with high barriers.
Otherwise Emo shouldn’t fall unless there’s a problem.

Did any of your emo’s leg randomly started shaking ? I have cardboard around my emo where he is

Yes my other Emo2 was doing it, he’s back with Living AI now, Emo4 was his replacement & now Emo4 is having a problem can’t walk at all now.

Below is my Emo2-this is the one that I was going to send back a few days ago but stopped the postman in time.

The problem is that they often get worse wants it starts. The only thing you can do now is wait and see if Support Team can solve the problem without having to get a replacement. In my experience I’ve not been so lucky and the ‘debug app’ which they offer is only available for people who own an Android phone I am only able to use iPhone iOS. I assume it works for some. I really don’t like having to ask for a replacement every time. These things do happen occasionally. Just a matter of being patient. But I’m starting to run out lol.

I hope your Emo gets better soon, otherwise you know what happens next. Oh well we can’t have it all. Let’s just hope Lai can fix these issues asap.

@Racheal123 i actually did talk to Wayne on Facebook again he suggested i still get a replacement so thats what im gonna do :smiling_face_with_tear:

I’ve still not heard anything from them about my EMO foot. He has trouble using the go home station because of it. His foot will go wonky mid process and reset it over and over. Occasionally he will make it to actually charging but mostly I have to put him on manually. Thisnis definitely an issue that is spoiling my experience with my little robot.
He ends up like this most of the time.
