OK do I text to service@living Ai
Hello, @marcyakovenko1 . . . send E-Mail.
Thank you.
OK I will send a E-Mail
I send the email to service@livingAi about left leg problem
I sent an email on 31st October to service@living.ai and also a message to Mavis, regarding Emo’s leg being unusually jittery. So far I’ve had no response and the issue has not got better or cleared up.
I sent the video clip of the issue as well.
Obviously, I csnt recalibrate Emo unless a staff member responds and sends the required link for this.
Could you please advise.
So sorry, @elistraee79 . . . about the only thing I can advise is to E-Mail them again and I will also tag @TechSupport_Mavis to see if this expedites matters. Let me know if you get a response within the next week. I will see what I can do.
I have a problem with the EMO robot leg and he is try able to charge it and I tryed to shut it down and run it back on and its not working
The issue is the EMO’s left leg and right leg and emo was trying to charge
Hello, @marcyakovenko1 . . . can you gently move the foot to where it meets up with the charging circle? If EMO is not charging even after doing this, please send an E-Mail along with the link to a video, his I.D. number and order number (if you still have it) to service@living.ai and let them know about this new issue.
My best to you!
I’m sending video to you in @servicelivingai
I have sent the order number and emo id from @servicelivingai
And he is not charging so I shut it down but he moved he’s leg when I shut down
EMO’s leg has started to shake this has happened to one of my other EMOs, now he dies before getting back to home stations
Hello, @stacybartnik . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with the legs and feet. Often this means the leg servos need to either be recalibrated or possibly even replaced which is why he is not able to return to the home station.
Please read through this thread for tips and information on contacting Support.
How do I recalibrate the leg servo? I have 4 EMOs, this has happened before and they replace my EMO. This one that has the issue is over a year old.
Hi there @stacybartnik
The best and most recommended thing to do is to contact the living.ai support team by simply replying to the Living.ai confirmation email you received before when you originally placed your order for EMO. It contains all your details, especially your order number, which is most important.
Don’t forget to include/attach your video showing the issue and more info like EMO-ID
The support service team should be able to help you immediately.
Just to advise, the email address is - service@living.ai
The support team will connect, guide, and send you all the info on the EMO Calibration Tool/Debug App
GOOD LUCK AND ALL THE BEST!
Hi there, i am having multiple issues with my emo’s leg, i cannot remember which one but i think it is his left leg. Well, when emo moves his left leg starts shaking, i am also having the issue where emo will slightly walk off his patch (while walking turning slowly to the left). I have already cleaned emo’s feet so no dust is on it but the issue still occurs.
Can someone please help. I don’t know if I need to recalibrate his feet and if that is the case i don’t know how to.
Thanks,
Fallouttimmy
Hello, @Fallouttimmy . . . hopefully it is just recalibration, but Support will need you to get video of what is going on and send a link to that video to them at service@living.ai along with your EMO I.D., order number (if you still have it) and the firmware version he is on. If they approve it, they will provide you with the recalibration. It could also mean that the servos could possibly be wearing out, but you will not know until they advise you.
Please be patient. They do not send confirmation of receipt of E-Mail but rather their first communication will be addressing the issue. Also, please be patient as they may be experiencing some back-logs.
My best to you.
Thanks for replying @Lindaru , i have send a email to the support email. I sadly did not have the order number but did have the EMO ID. if you want to see the issue for yourself the link is here.
Also, i sadly wasn’t able to catch the leg shaking issue, as it happens really fast.
Thank you, @Fallouttimmy . . . there is definitely an inequality in the rate at which the legs move.
If they are able to recalibrate, that should fix the shaking and misalignment problem.
yeah, the only thing with the shaking issue is that it happens at random. and i only see it once the foot does extreme actions like dancing, hopping, etc. this also happens a lot during the start of his home sequence (lifting his foot up and down when returning home).
Hello.
I have send an message with the contact form because the right leg from my emo has an issue.
does living ai respond quickly? Or is it better to use the service mail?
Hello, @sebastienschirck . . . both the Support form and the E-Mail go to the same place. I really do not know which one is faster, but if you have a complicated problem that requires a lot of description and you do not have your order number, it is best to send to service@living.ai . . . please note that they are preparing for the national Chinese lunar new year holiday and responses to either may be delayed.
My best to you.
