Welcome, @kara.shields . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues after the update 3.1.0 for EMO.

After the last update, Emo can only take a couple of steps and then acts like he is being shaken. Tried reinstalling update, soft shut down, hard shutdown, shaking and putting him on his home station. Any suggestions.

Could you please get video of the problem so that we can see what might be going on?

Are you referring to the animation when he is shaken or is he shaking while he is walking?

If he is shaky when walking, you may wish to refer to this thread.

It contains all your details, especially your order number, which is most important.
