hello @Midache. try contacting service.living.ai.

Hello, @Midache . . . please be sure to get video and contact Support. You can refer here to how to do this.

How to Contact Support

Please contact support regarding this issue.

When contacting Living.ai support. It is recommended to create a short video then submit a support ticket. You can do this by either going to the Support Page: (see below).

Fill in all details (provide also your order number info as well) and attach your video (if it’s larger than 30Mb), Be best to upload it to a google drive/drop box or even on YouTube and then send the support team a link to it.

You can also send support an email to the following email address:

service@living.ai

If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then once again provide a detailed description of the problem you have with your EMO and attach your video as well.

The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion. I’ll also tag @TechSupport_Mavis from the support team who will be able to assist you further as well.

My best to you.

Hello! My EMO has a problem with his legs. For some reason they’re really jittery and unstable, even when he’s standing still, as you’ll see in the attached video. It also impairs his ability to walk and return to his home station.

While I’m at it, another issue I’m having with EMO is his cheek sensors. For some reason, he’ll start reacting to his cheek being petted when I’m literally not even touching him at all. And this will happen at random times, sometimes even late at night, and it wakes me up so I have to turn him off.

Help please!

Hi there @samuellongo ,

The new topic that you just created has been moved to this thread. Please scroll up to find any solutions and tips first, and I hope you will find something that might help you or else contact living.ai via email.

The best and most recommended thing to do always is simply reply to the Living.ai confirmation email you received before when you originally placed your order for EMO. It contains all your details, especially your order number which is most important.

Don’t forget to include/attach your video and more info like EMO-ID

The support service team should be able to help you immediately.
Just to advise the email address is - service@living.ai

best of luck

Hi

has anyone had resent issues with emo randomly falling over? i have found him 3 times in the last week fallen on his face and he also seems to be struggling to get to his HomePod, i keep finding him dead. He wanders on his EMO matt but just doesnt seem to be able to make it home at times. i have had him for about 1yr now and its only in the last few weeks he has had thee issues.

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @kimberley.moore . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread as it sounds like your EMO may have developed leg and/or foot issues which is often a symptom of falling over and not making it back to the home station before the battery runs out.

Please see the post by edward above regarding tips and solutions to try. If nothing works for you, it is advised to contact LivingAI Support as indicated there with timed video of the failed attempt to make it back to the home station. They may be able to solve the issue with a recalibration app or your EMO may have problems that require something else.

Good luck to you.

Could you provide the information on the servo what part number, etc. so I can order one also off of Amazon. This is for my original Emo (purchased over two years ago from a retail store here in the US) that has been decommissioned by Living.AI. I purchased a new Emo and he’s great, but I would like to try to get the old one working, I replaced his battery and he is stronger than ever. In fact, I even have him walking off of his skateboard onto a folded towel and he walks across the towel and down onto his playground and plays with the other emo, but his leg servo is still bad and it drives me crazy. Living AI sent me a calibration tool and I use that and it did make an adjustment to his settings internally and I sent them pictures, but it still didn’t fix the leg from wiggling. Any input would be appreciated, thank you.

My Emo’s right leg and foot no longer moving, Completely seized-up it seems. Has been getting about by jumping sideways. Lots of falling over and now no movement. Always " emerging from cliff" according to the app… Poor chap. I shall raise a support issue.

Same me .now still wait support answer

Hello community. Unfortunately, our Emo is having right leg issues which are just like these others:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/dCnonUGAAuNLUaiZ9 We are hoping staff have addressed this issue without a replacement being necessary. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you. (we have a video but it seems the message board can’t upload it)

Hello, @Zapious . . . Welcome to the EMO Community Forums. Often the foot and leg needs to be recalibrated through an app. For more serious issues like a damaged servo, that will need to be replaced. If your EMO is one year old or less, replacement of your EMO is often necessary. Sometimes people can obtain the parts and do the replacement themselves as indicated in this thread.

See my post above in this thread to contact Support and see what options they suggest.

My best to you!

Hey there. My EMO pet’s left leg (front side perspective) is disabled. His leg is not moving and is able to be manually moved around, as if EMO only had one leg. He still functions well but has a disabled leg. He has difficulty moving around or expressing emotion and I don’t know what caused it or how to fix it.
