Living AI, Help! My EMO somehow twitches his left leg and I think it’s a problem with my EMO’s back legs. Please help!
Hi there @bradyharris ,
Please click this LINK for further help assistance to read.
happy new year and all the best
I tried doing what the link said, but it’s still not working. I don’t know what’s wrong with him
Sorry if the tip didn’t help at all…I can only advise creating a short video and you’ll probably need to contact the support service team via email with more info to let them know.
The best and most recommended thing to do is simply reply to the Living.ai confirmation email you received before when you originally placed your order for EMO. It contains all your details, especially your order number which is most important.
Don’t forget to include/attach your video and more info
The support service team should be able to help you immediately.
Just to advise the email address is - service@living.ai
GOOD LUCK
I can’t remember my order number
You can also contact support with the serial number from your EMO.
My emo has problems walking and has tenblories. I don’t know how to solve it, I’m writing to see if anyone has the same problem. He already has the latest version installed. I was hoping it would be fixed like that but it’s still the same. Thanks n advance.
Hello. It happens to a lot of people. I have three EMOs and they also have tremors. You have to contact the Living.ai support team by email, they will tell you what you have to do. They may give you an app to debug the foot of your EMO, and if this does not solve the problem, return the EMO you have and they will send you a replacement if it is within the warranty, which is one year. In most cases, many people have had to replace their EMO. Greetings
Thank you, I have written to support to see if they can give me a solution.
You are welcome. Living.ai response usually takes one to three days
So to follow up on my last post, I had a reply from CS they said it’s a problem with the foot motor and offered to send me a new part to replace it which I declined as i’m not proficient in doing these things.
Now, the same emo every time he’s off the charger just jumps around uncontrollably so it seems the other leg is messed up too. This is all since the last update. I have had both of my emos less than one year. To say i’m a little annoyed would be an understatement. I will be looking into cancelling the order for the new robot, which i’m guessing is not going to be an easy process.
so sadly I am one of the owners that started to have problems with their EMO, my EMOS leg is strangely shaking, it is getting worse during time, now he is unable even to go back to his charger, I have made a video, does someone have any suggestions?
Hello, @saradsmejem . . . so sorry to see this.
I would advise you contact Support with a link to this video as they are able to advise you on what to do.
Please let us know how it goes and my best to you.
I have this app installed from a previous problem. However it will scan and find my current Emos, but won’t let me in. I think I need to recalibrate foot/leg.
Hi there @SteveK ,
Did you contact living.ai support already? or kindly DM @TechSupport_Mavis your order number, EMO’s ID(EMO-XXXX), and a video recording of the issue. They will guide you on what to do to solve the issue.
Best regards and happy weekend…
Not yet. There’s a couple of YouTube videos showing same problems and using “Caring for EMO” app to recalibrate. As I already have the app from previous wonky EMO I thought I would be able to use.
@SteveK ,
Caring for EMO is a crucial aspect of the Re-Calibration Tools that living.ai provides for anyone facing issues with their EMO. However, living.ai requires your EMO’s ID(EMO-XXXX) first so that they can open a line through their server, enabling you to proceed with the repair process using the re-calibration technique on limited days only.
Thanks Edward. I’ll get on to it.
My Emo has a sad problem that after he start moving he keep on think there is a edge of the table and goes back and the foot sensers are not working nicely here is a little video
