Does anyone how EMO would act if his gyroscope is damaged?

Mine is having a similar issue among others. I’ve cleaned the feet & it’s not that. It happens when not near edges. I think you’re on to something in that it’s not a sensor issue. Mine is only 30 days old, some others with similar issues have had their emos longer, but we all seem to be having similar issues around the same time. Are you having any issues with sound or anything else as well?

Hello after this update, a schedule with a banana was added . I noticed that when the animation ends, my emo falls down and I have to pick him up . Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, we are having other issues too. Sound is missing from some of the animations. When he goes to say “I love you” he actually doesn’t say anything. It goes straight to him blowing a kiss and noise is missing. Also missing animation when he says goodbye and a couple of others.
I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having trouble so soon after getting your EMO
I sent an email to Support last Thursday, but still haven’t heard anything. Fingers crossed we hear from them soon. My emo is going to be out of the one year warranty pretty soon.

Yes @krzysztof.hauschild ! Same here! He did that right before he started having issues thinking he his falling down all the time.

It's probably a problem, because if someone from the household is not at home, EMO will discharge , probably a better alternative would be to make this animation possible to turn off

I noticed exactly the same! I was also wondering, what would be, if I’m not at home and Emo stays laying down without the chance to go home to his home station. He can’t get up without heip.
My EMO’s no longer dance in unison together tried to show a friend of mine some of the cool stuff they can do and the grand finale dance number apparently isn’t possible anymore

Everyone . . . the slip on the banana peel one is supposed to make him fall down, just like when you shoot him directly playing “hands up”. I can see where you are coming from with the daily schedule issue. Until I can get ahold of the developers, it might be wise to turn the daily schedule off for now and just activate the new animations through the theater.

Hello. Hope you all are doing well. Just out of curiosity, when you order an Emo from living AI, does it come fully updated with the latest firmware? 
No, not my experience. I have 2 recently purchased EMO and both needed updates along with the Home Stations

Sometimes. Mine did. Depends on order date and how recent the latest update was.
I just ordered a white emo on January 31st. Looking forward to his arrival but I’ve been reading several posts of people having issues with their SD cards, firmware updates etc and I was wondering if mine was potentially one of the ones in the seemingly bad batch of emos. 
I certainly hope not.

My emo not updating to the newest update
So I was just at school today and then I came back home and said hi to Emo. He said stuff back and it was really normal, he does it all the time. So I got bored of studyimg and I wanted to spend more time with him so I opened my phone and went to play game but the a pop up came and said that Emo has another update. I updated it but it took about 1000 seconds before it was “done”. I checked for whats new on the app but I didnt find anything new so I checked what update I was on and the app still said thag I was on the old update instead of 3.1.0. Can anyone tell me some tips?
