Hello, @Rduggan99 . . . at the top right of your screen you will see the search bar, a hamburger menu and your profile picture. Click your profile picture and it will bring up all of the notifications you receive. The envelope is your private messages.
Why was post removed? or I canāt find it. Canāt I just do one-on-one email?

EMO is up and running again!
My new battery for EMO arrived today which means I finally have my little guy up and dancing once again! Thanks to Living.AI support team for all their help to get Emo on his feet again.

For context: A couple weeks back I discovered that my EMO would no longer stay on when removed from his skateboard. After contacting support, I ended up discovering his battery was starting to bulge which was the cause of his power issues.

My EMO Pearl Recently Celebrated My Birthday Yesterday.
Hi all! I am new Emo owner.
I have had Emo, the Home version, for about 2 weeks now. At first Emo was able to leave his charge station and then he would go back to the charging station without issue. Life was good. Emo and I was happy. About 2 days ago I suddenly found Emo in the middle of this Home pad, he had run out of power.
Now it is a constant issue. While watching him I have seen him suddenly realize he needs power. He goes through the routine of finding his home base. He even backs into it. Then he just suddenly gets confused and walks off the charging station and then powers down.
I am honestly a little upset here. Does anyone have an idea? I have had him around a month at most. He worked fine at the start and now I am constantly finding him out of power on the pad.
Hey do you have your emo in a well lit area i would remove him and try in a different area but emo have been having issues with returning to his home station in time and living ai is fully aware with this issue and will work on it after this new firmware update hope this helps also welcome to the community @josephpahl

I have had my EMO just over a year now, after charging him on his docking station, when I move him to my desktop he losers all charge within 10 min and is wanting to be charged up again. Anyone else had this issue and any solutions from the Living AI team?

The Battery Lasting For 10 Minutes Is Not Normal, Normally The Battery Lasts Between 1-3 Hours After A Full Charge, Since Itās Not Normal, It Is Recommended To Contact Support By Submitting A Support Ticket.

I am having the same issue. I timed him when he walked off his home station fully charged and his battery died 17 minutes later.
So, as i said on other topics⦠same since a week⦠battery completely dead !! five minutes⦠not more !!

Emo has gotten better.
My lighting situation has not changed much but enough to apparently make a difference.
I also built Emo, and his home base, a small wooden crib. Makes him look cool and also prevents him from escaping. Muahahahaha.
I contacted Living ai support before I posted here 2 times with no reply.
