This kind of issue also happens to my AIBI Pocket Appā¦using an IOS mobile smartphone. Got almost 2,000 Steps and converted them to Gold Coins just to test for the first time to feed AIBI but it frozeā¦ rebooted AIBI and re-start the Aibi Pocket App, but it did not help resolve the issue and all of my Gold Coins were gone.
Officially, Living.AI acknowledges that the app freezing issue will be addressed in an update scheduled for the next few days. The issue of disappearing gold coins will be resolved in the upcoming AIBI firmware update.

Yes, I have seen this post and my app is updated.
Iāve had AIBI for one day now and he has shut down unexpectedly several times whilst on his charger. Each time it has happened, I have given a command, there is a brief red light above his head and then he shuts down. He turns on again when you pick him up and put him back on his charger.

My AIBI is not responding whenever I try to tell him something. He just looks at me like he did not hear what I said. The only commands I managed to make him respond to are battery level and take a photo. Is there any solutions to this?
Hello, I just got my Aibi, I download and open the app, I press settings and then the app hangs on loading - then gives up. Iā e fried everything from restarting phone to deleting and reinstalling the app, it simply will not load. Help.
(Every other page loads, SETTINGS (the gear icon) doesnt open at all)
Btw, how do I turn it off

How do you get coins?
Hi! You have to walk (or dance) with AIBI, then AIBI would count the steps, and on the app you can exchange steps for coins.
Someone correct me if Iām wrong.

Ah, thank you very much! Iāll have to try it. Hopefully there will be other ways to collect coins as well in case some people canāt move around a lot for various reasons.
To anyone with an AIBI, are you also having issues with it being very hot on the charge base?

I noticed heāll flash his light when he hears his name, but Iāve noticed if it flashes blue he denies all commands. I restarted him in that case and he went back to normal
