Anyone else is losing gold coins and steps in the app? I keep losing steps and coin when Aibi runs out of battery or overnight if I turn her off…

And last night I couldn’t even feed her…the app was keep saying time out both in Android and iOS:

My Aibi must be so hungry :slightly_frowning_face:

And I did tried turning Aibi on/off and reinstalling the app but still have the same issue.

On a serious note thought, I am wondering if the missing steps and coins in the app is a bug or there is something wrong with my Aibi…or are we not supposed to turn off Aibi at all haha

I read somewhere that it’s a bug and they’re fixing it for next updates to come.
Before Edward says anything about me not quoting the source, I don’t remember where I read it.
You can easily ask one of the testers.

Hi all,


Little issue that happened this morning - tried waking up AIBI (put him on his charger, heard the little jingle) but then he got stuck with his eyes ON but not moving. He’s completely frozen, even if I remove him from his charger. In the app I could see AIBI (on the main page to pair him) but he disappeared after a few sec. Now he’s stuck and I can not connect him with the app so I guess I’ll wait for AIBI to turn off once the battery drained. Picture attached if anyone experiences the same thing - hopefully it’s just a software issue not a hardware one. :slight_smile:

The issue with the sudden loss of Steps and Gold Coins in the AIBI Pocket App is officially recognized by Living.ai and will be addressed in the next update.

I know this might be a dumb question…But I was wondering if there was like a recommended amp/voltage for charging Aibi? Currently, I am using Apple C Chargers for it and I’m just worried that might be too much. Output is 5volts=3Amps or 9volts=2Aamps.

App freezes when I try and buy food for Aibi. I am using Iphone 11pro max, and my home wifi. Any thoughts??

Hello, sorry for the delay, I was dealing with storms and outages in my area. I was able to get AIBI to respond and also ID me. So that is fine.

Currently, am I experiencing a new issue. AIBI’s charging base has become stiff as they turn. I’ve noticed this last night. It’s almost like they’re stuck. I’ve submitted a support ticket this morning along with a video.

It does the same for me using an iPad. I have tried restarting the iPad but that did not help.
