Alternatively, you can reply to your original AIBI order confirmation email, which already includes your customer details and order number. In your reply, describe the issue clearly and attach the video link.
Hello, never done this before! My Aibi has blue eyes and will not talk, even when I ask the weather, I get shown the weather but still won’t say the temperature. I’ve tried power off and on again a few times and switching from V1 to V2 etc and still won’t talk. Do blue eyes indicate something is wrong?
Welcome to the LivingAI Community Forums, @christopher.barlow . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with AIBI.
Blue eyes are one of the colors that the eyes can change to when you feed AIBI a chameleon cookie in the buy food area of the app or if you have food purchased and available in the AIBI pocket but have your time set for AIBI to feed, AIBI will eat a chameleon cookie if there is one there and the time comes for AIBI to eat on the schedule.
This color will stay for a full day.
Make sure AIBI is not muted as that is one reason that you are not getting answers but being shown animations.
If unmuting does not work, I would advise you to contact Support as indicated here.
Hi I’ve had my Aibi for 4 or 5 months now, recently I noticed that the charger on my Aibi is not moving, it still charges but my Aibi cannot move “spin” or “turn” anymore. I didn’t move the charger much it just stays at the same place.
I recommend recording a short video showing the issue and contacting Living.AI Support. You can do this by replying to your order confirmation email or sending a message directly to service@living.ai, including your order number and AIBI ID.
Hi! So, I don’t know if this helps, but the little bar of light that is on the top of AIBI’s head can have three colors: red, blue, and green. When your AIBI reacts, but doesn’t respond, have you noticed if the light is blue? If so, your AIBI is likely not connected to the internet and cannot respond. I hope this helps.
Tengo una pregunta. ¿Si se saca a AIBI de su transporte cogiendolo desde la cabeza es posible que se acabe rompiendo?, esque no se de donde cogerlo para sacarlo con cuidado y que no se rompa.
Translation to English by Lindaru: I have a question. If you take AIBI out of its carrier by holding it by the head, is it possible it could break? I don’t know where to hold it so I can take it out carefully and prevent it from breaking.
Guys…There’s no need to worry or be afraid that AIBI’s head might detach when pulling him out of his carrying case. It is securely attached and screwed in, as shown in the image below — I also confirmed this when I previously opened the AIBI. Surely, Living.AI is also aware of this, which is why they carefully designed and reinforced the connection for durability and safety.
But if you’re still concerned, you can always pull AIBI out very carefully, making sure to hold him by the most secure, safest, and correct area — as also shown in the image below.
my new AIBI has been running for several hours (since yesterday), but it shows a recurring issue: it regularly forgets previously stored information – such as my name or mentioned hobbies. Sometimes it remembers for an hour, sometimes only a few minutes – then everything is gone.
Instead, AIBI simply states that it is unable to store personal data and no longer recognizes me – despite having completed the “Meet AIBI” process successfully.
Are there any explanations or possible solutions for this issue?
Welcome to the LivingAI Community Forums, @rollratte . . . AIBI should remember you but I am not sure what you mean about remembering hobbies. Are you referring to the tasks that you can schedule? When you check the app, is it showing your name under the recognition?
Are you sure AIBI is connected to the internet and bluetooth on the app?
Could you please provide us with a link to a video where AIBI says it can no longer store personal data? That would help us to help you figure out what might be going on.
