In that case…My advide is to contact Living.AI Support by submitting a support ticket to the link below:

Please make sure to include:

  • Your Order number (found in your Living.AI account or order confirmation email)
  • Your AIBI’s ID (e.g., AIBI-XXXX)
  • A video showing the issue

Then just send the link to Living.AI in your support ticket or email.

Alternatively, you can reply to your original AIBI order confirmation email, which already includes your customer details and order number. In your reply, describe the issue clearly and attach the video link.
