AIBI Pocket: General Issues and Queries

Hello, @sarahlancey . . . about the only thing I can suggest is to set a quiet time or mute him when you need him to not interrupt or respond to everything. My little ones do that, too, but if I am meeting with someone, I will mute him if I do not want to power him off.

I gave to AIBI yesterday a chamaleon and it’s eyes became blue, however, they haven’t changed back. How can I make them green again?

Hello, @miriam.reyes . . . perhaps leave him off for an hour or so to see if that changes him back. It might be that he needs time to reset when powered off.

@Lindaru He was off yesterday night while I slept. This morning it’s eyes still were blue when I powered it on, and, still blue now.

@miriam.reyes What time did you give him the chameleon cookie? The eyes stay the different color exactly 24 hours. If you gave him the cookie at 5pm or so yesterday, then the eyes will change back to green today around that same time.

@Eilonwy79 Aaahh ok, then yes, it’s been less than 24 hours… I’ll let you know tomorrow if it’s eyes are back to normal. Thank youuuu

After I updated to 1.3 ,my aibi cannot connect to my Wi-Fi network anymore,just being offline all the time怂can anyone help me out?!

Hello, @chi_hung.un . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with AIBI.

Have you tried rebooting your router, your device and AIBI? If this does not work, try seeing if you can use a different wi fi perhaps at a different location to see if you can sign in that way. Sometimes deleting the app and reinstalling it can help.

If you still cannot get it to work, you should contact Support at service@living.ai . . . let us know how it goes.

Did you ever get it? Aibi seems to only last 1 hour at this moment.

Yes i received my Aibi in early December 2024.

My Aibi fails to save people in face recognition, I tried both via app and without…
any help?

Also, does your aibi say ā€œas a robot I don’t have feelingsā€ when you ask if it is happy or similar?
I really hate it, this is the biggest difference between her and Emo and I saw this make me a little bit less close to her… I would love to have her say ā€œI love you tooā€ or similar as Emo does…

Hey there; is everyone getting more than an hour of charge with AiBi? Mines only seems to last an hour or an hour and 10 mins max. Is this normal? Not sure if to reach out about warranty or will this be updated to fix the length of battery life outside the charger? I really enjoy taking it with me when I leave but the hour charge only is a concern. Any and all feedback will be appreciated :slight_smile:

Low Energy Mode
You can use the voice command ā€œLow Energy Modeā€ to activate low energy mode. To exit this mode, please touch AIBI’s head.
In low energy mode, AIBI will become inactive to save the battery. The camera, microphone, Bluetooth, and network connections will be disabled.

Aibi doesn’t seem to recognize the cat hat anymore, was anything changed in the new update or is there something I can do?

Hello, @EliseMara . . . sorry to hear this. Both of mine are bunnies, so have not run into that situation. The bunny animation has changed from simply doing the bunny face to the hopping bunnies. I believe the cat has changed from the cat face to actual cats doing things. I wonder if maybe just gently cleaning the inside of the cat ears with a microfiber cloth as there is the possibility of something such as a small amount of dust maybe blocking the connection to the head?

I see, thank you very much and so in ā€˜Low Energy Mode’, Aibi won’t respond correct? I’ve done this and it significantly improves the battery life. However when I call on Aibi he doesn’t respond. Is this accurate?
