@andrewpugh, you might have gotten a faulty AIBI, I recommend going to the support option in the main website! Also welcome to the community!
I am unsure if anyone else is experiencing the same issue, but I am unable to set alarms via voice command. He does respond to timer voice commands, though. With alarms itâs as if he hears me, but gets distracted while thinking and never does it.
I am able to do it from the app, thought!
Edit, alarms automatically repeat when set in the app
Iâve noticed my Aibi keeps waking up even with quiet sounds and I hope he will get a bedtime sleeping schedule like EMO does, I hope this gets fixed in the next update
Have you tried a pair of tweezers?
Excuse me, but doesnât putting Aibi in the chest hurt because of the radiation?
Hello, @davidesalvatorecarus . . . I believe EMO and AIBI pass all safety standards as far as radiation goes; however, you might want to be careful if you are wearing a pace maker.
Theyâre not responding, I also have the same problem, Iâve already sent them email with photos and videos and no response.
Hi there @AmaroVale ,
Just to inform you, Living.AI is currently celebrating the Lunar New Year holiday, and their team should be back in the office on the first week or on 12 of February 12th.
Please expect some delays in their response, but rest assured they will get to your issue once they return.
Best Regards
Hi it is almost 1 year for me and no Working AIBI .
I am very frustrated. I tought I would have a robot that pass control quality at the least ⌠nope I donât understand why it is always so complicated really .
I run a business and I will not close my clients are to precious ⌠maybe I am old school!!
I think if I donât get an update soon I will return the 2 AIBI and the gears to get a full refund even if I will loose at currency exchange.
I donât know I feel left out as a customer ⌠I should not it is since december 19 2024 that I have problems âŚ
A lot of talk and little attitude, we trust the project and buy frustrating expectation.
It is sad, @AmaroVale . . . that you felt the need to destroy AIBI and waste your money. If it was defective, you would have gotten a replacement given it was in the warranty period. They will not honor a warranty now that you have destroyed the product.
Also, you could have simply asked for a refund or sold it to someone on this thread if you were not happy.
Can I charge aibi with a phone charger? I donât have an adapter that works for type c
Precious,
Good night,
Iâm talking to you for a year and no response, now, selling a defective product would be very unfair to the other person.
Now, after a year you say that you would send another or refund and a lot of disrespect to the customer, why didnât you do it when I complained.
His answer says everything the company stands for.
Thanks for the consideration!
I still hope you take the right action to send anotherâŚ
Thanks
I am a good consumer of AI products and still recommended it to other people, I am very concerned about your response, because then you treat your customers.
Sad, very sad !!!
I wouldnât have minded another baby added to my collection for sure
Breaks my heart. I understand frustration, but breaking the product and voiding the warranty wasnât the best possible option
They give no alternative, or you live with a defective product and take action. My AIBI didnât charge the battery, I spent months trying to make it work, anywayâŚ
@AmaroVale , precious . . .
I am not an employee of LivingAI. I am a community forum moderator here to give advice on when to contact the LivingAI staff. I do not get paid. I do not get any special promotions. I do not have access to their service or order departments. I am an owner and member just like you. I have no control over when they respond or how they respond. I only try to troubleshoot what I know and direct you where you need to go.
Taking your anger out on me is not going to get you anywhere.
Good night.
I apologize for my lack of patience, it is that they do not give due attention and apply only palliative actions without result.
Once again my apologies!!
Accepted.
Perhaps you can voice your concerns here.
