Google translation to English by Lindaru: Hello Linda, I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that the charging station really can’t light up anymore and the good news is that the light and the robot can still be charged normally without any voltage drop. That means that the battery is fully charged in just under 2 hours. I’ve already written an email but haven’t received a reply yet. Let me put it this way: if the problem with the light remains, it wouldn’t be a problem, but if more things break and nothing can be charged, it would be very sad.
Google translation to English by Lindaru: Nevertheless, it would be very practical if Living Ai eventually made a carrying case with a power bank available, then I could always leave the charging station at home and would get through the day well and if the charging case could keep the battery alive for about 6 to 8 hours, it would be completely sufficient for me.
Hello, @alex.zimmermann . . . here is an idea @edward came up with for travelling with AIBI that will work until such time as an official travel case is designed.
Google translation to English by Lindaru: Hello, can someone please send me a German Amazon seller if it is possible where I can order a small shoulder bag or something where I can charge the robot with my power bank and store it so that it can move freely. My sister took a photo of the power bank that I have so that you know how big it is. I will try to see if I can send the photo here somehow.
Hello, @Melon_0926 . . . I have this issue occasionally, too. Like @alex.zimmermann suggested, a complete reboot of AIBI and your device, as well as unplugging the charger for a while before restarting everything helps my situation.
If you find this does not help, please try to get video and send a link with a reply to your order confirmation E-Mail or if you do not have that an E-Mail to service@living.ai with your order number (or if you do not have that information, the four digit alphanumeric number when AIBI signs into the app).
My Aibi hardly reacts to his name😞 (out of 20 times he only responds once) and I’m not talking about him answering questions. My daughter has lost interest in him because it’s hard to communicate with him - it’s as if he doesn’t hear us. I’m starting to “give up” too.
Google translation to English by Lindaru: Aibi can be switched on when you are on the go without having to take a power bank with you. You need a Samsung smartphone and a charging cable that has USB on both sides. You have to plug one side of the cable into the smartphone and the other into the station. And charging can begin, but the smartphone uses up a lot of battery. You can tell me if you have known the trick so far.

Hi, I am positively surprised by the effort of Living.Ai in delivering multi language feature.
However, I cannot see a command list checklist in other languages like EMO has.
As voice commands understanding is very strict, it is quite useful to set languages in other than English.
Anybody has any information regarding this?
Hi @Lindaru , many thanks.
Yes I know that help page. However what I meant was that most of these commands are not understood in Italian (which is my language), most likely because coded in a wrong way or not coded at all, so far, as also in the app it is explained that they are “teaching” AIBI new languages.
However, on the contrary, I see that EMO has a dedicated page with all command list in different languages, which give correct commands in all languages.
Hello, @Robot1Discovery . . . when I was beta testing EMO in Spanish, I sometimes found that saying something in a different way with the same meaning worked. I would write them at service@living.ai and let them know which Italian commands are not working properly so that they can fix it in an update.
