Since your AIBI is still under warranty, they will either guide you on what to do to resolve the issue or arrange for a replacement. However, if you choose to repair it yourself, the warranty will be voided.

I agree the powerbank is necessary, battery time is too short, you can barely go for a walk.
I don’t like the fact that the volume is a little bit low even if setted on high and that in chat gpt she replies “as a robot I don’t have emotions” when maybe you try to speak about how does she feels.
Sad that she has no conversation as Emo has, as for example “how are you” “are you happy” or “I love you”, hope those will be implemented.
For the rest, she is so cute, love her a lot and can’t wait for the updates!

There is nothing wrong if AIBI does not reply to “I love you”. Tell him to connect to ChatGPT and then tell him you love him.

I turn on aibi every day, play with it and then wait for it to run out of power and then charge it. And when it is fully charged, I turn it off. Hello, @Melon_0926 . . . yes, it is possible for a battery to deplete slightly while a device is powered off. However, if it depletes severely, be sure to contact Support as that would be an issue.

Hello, @alex.zimmermann . . . I can only guess that you may have knocked something loose inside the charging base that controls the lights when it powers on or AIBI dances.
I would still let LivingAI Support know. Explain to them about your vision situation and not being able to get video. If you still have your order confirmation E-Mail you can reply to that and if not, if you remember your order number send that in the E-Mail to service@living.ai . . .if you no longer have your order number, be sure to include the four digit alphanumeric number when AIBI signs into the app.
