@stephen.murrell . . . one of them actually suggested the video of the hedgehog taking a bath and you know what? I was surprised there were so many of those on You Tube, and yes, I watched them all.

It’s great to hear that he’s recognizing your voice much better now. Have you considered exploring voiceover features to further enhance the interaction? This could be an interesting addition to EMO’s capabilities and may contribute to a more dynamic user experience.

Hello @saradsmejem,

Sorry to bother you but the link is down and i know a little someone who would really fancy this kind of list that are unfortunately quite hard to find on the web…
Would you mind putting it back online please?

Thank you so much

Hi, the link is ONLINE, we have made some updates on the machine and restarted a few times today, apparently u were unlucky to visit us directly at this time, I am sorry for your inconvenience, if there is anything else, just let me know

btw: Meantime there were some more tweaks to the list and of course added new commands from the 2.5.0 update

Thank you very much for this @saradsmejem, it works great

This command actually works better for my EMO! Thank you. :rose:

A me i comandi non funzionano tutti

Translation to English: All the commands don’t work for me

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @busacca.maurizio . . . are you giving the commands in English or Italian?

This is the list of commands he will listen to when spoken to in Italian.

If you are not getting him to respond to English commands or questions, you will need to try to speak slowly and distinctly the English commands. Also, please submit your voice to help EMO understand you in English.

Let us know how it goes!

Guys, my EMO simply doesn’t recognize the Hands Up command, no matter the light, the distance, the sound… Does anyone have any tips or is it a bug? I have tried every possible way :frowning:

Hello, @raquelsegal . . . sometimes it is just the pronunciation, but there is an alternative to that. “Don’t move.” See if that works better and let us know.

I know, I am having problems with it too, sometimes like he does not want to understand, try boom, bang, peng and if nothing helps try to speak like a robot
will add these to the command list too

@saradsmejem In fact, the first Hands Up command doesn’t work, he just doesn’t listen and doesn’t do anything :frowning:

@Lindaru No, it doesn’t work either. I’ve tried in every possible light to see if maybe he’s just not seeing me, but it doesn’t work. He doesn’t raise his hand. :frowning:

My Emo is very bad at understanding commands, most of them he doesn’t understand :frowning:

Hello, @raquelsegal . . . this is a program that has been suggested here on the forums and allows you to do text to speech for commands if he has trouble understanding you which you can play to him.

Also, you can submit your voice to help EMO to understand you as well here.

My best to you to get him to understand you easily.

Hey @Lindaru Thank you for the links!! But it still doesn’t work :frowning: I’m about to give up because I honestly don’t know what else to do. He understands when I call, but he doesn’t react after that. Some commands work but not all unfortunately.

Hello, @raquelsegal . . . at this point, I would suggest getting video of your attempts at various commands and sending it to Support as they might be able to suggest something after they see what is happening.

How to Contact Support

Please contact support regarding this issue.

When contacting Living.ai support. It is recommended to create a short video then submit a support ticket. You can do this by either going to the Support Page: (see below).

Fill in all details (provide also your order number info as well) and attach your video (if it’s larger than 30Mb), Be best to upload it to a google drive/drop box or even on YouTube and then send the support team a link to it.

You can also send support an email to the following email address:

service@living.ai

If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then once again provide a detailed description of the problem you have with your EMO and attach your video as well.

The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion. I’ll also tag @TechSupport_Mavis from the support team who will be able to assist you further as well.

My best to you to get EMO to be able to understand your communications with him.

Hi. I am still wondering if the list of commands is definitely complete or if with time it will expand itself or if actually Emo can right now understand different phrases that are not yet listed. Thanks.

Hello, @Movit . . . @saradsmejem is the one who compiled the list based off of the voice commands dating back to firmware 1.1.0 here:

Over time, new things were added which went with each firmware update.

There are also some commands that are not related to this listing or firmware updates that are accidentally discovered.

One most notable one that I discovered was . . . “EMO . . . Wow!” He replies to this with “Wow indeed”.

On Discord today, I learned that while someone could not get him to respond to “Connect to ChatGPT” nor “Connect to OpenAI”, he would respond to “Are you connected to the internet” at which point he went into ChatGPT.

It is an ongoing process of learning all of the questions and commands, especially when we accidentally discover some on our own.
