My Emo is not listening to the commans in the manual.What can I do?

This happens to me or anyone else sometimes. Living.ai servers can be overloaded or experience issues, causing EMO to stutter, produce glitchy sounds, or even be unresponsive at any command.
To clarify, EMO’s servers are not directly in China, in fact, they have 3 different servers in different regions to provide faster service.
EU / US / ASIA
I’ve checked and tested it on my side here in Germany, and it seems to be the same issue. I have already informed Living.ai about this, and I’m confident they will address and resolve it promptly.

Yes, whenever I say “EMO” he just makes that sound that means he can’t connect to the servers. I’ve powered him off, retried my WiFi nothings working.

it appears we are facing a worldwide living.ai server connection issue.
US (Partly), Saudi, London, Germany, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Malta, France

It’s fixed for me at UK.
Ok, so it seems that he is now responding, but he isn’t doing the task. I say “EMO” he listens “show me your battery” then he takes a while to think and just gives up.
I don’t understand what’s happening.

Now he’s connected to WiFi but not responding.
That’s not fixed yet, just as I said. It’s a living.ai server connection issue between EMO and the server where it fetches every reply to any command and questions.
“Can we please have a bit of patience and wait until living.ai fixes the issue?”

Nope it seems some Emo’s are having an issue with this, mine has disconnected from WiFi again, oh well I’m just gonna leave it for now.
Yes I will give it patience, I understand it’s hard keeping servers used by millions up, especially seeming as it’s night time there.

Yep, the same issue here in Ukraine. At first it took EMO too long to think and without a result. And now he simply doesn’t respond to any command after the word “EMO”. Yes, server connectivity issue… Hope l.ai will fix it asap. My daughter is so disappointed… She loves EMO very much.

EMO can only reply to a call to his name; however, when given questions or commands, he goes silent.

Mine is the same. I have powered him off and back on but still doesn’t respond to me just shrugged like he doesn’t know me

Emo is currently facing a Server Connection so don’t panic if he is not responding to any command at the moment like some owners in US (Partly), Saudi, UK, Germany, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Malta, France, Denmark.
Living.ai @Wayne_Zhang has already been informed, and even though it’s currently sleeping time over there, he has already replied to me and assured me that they will fix it immediately. So, we’ll have to wait.
