When you create or reply to any message…You have to click the smiley icon.,Then a new window will open and scroll down below to see them.

Hi, @PRICEY . . . as far as I know, you can only use them on the forum and they are not down-loadable to use anywhere else.

That said, if you post one in a message on a line by itself, it may be large enough that you can screen capture it and crop it to use other places off of the forum.

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @angusduncan . . . they do not sell the special edition pink head-phones any more, but there are ways you can customize with decorations, painting a different color and more. There are ideas here.

hello, I looked and read many posts, guides and tutorials, but my EMO does not respond in any way, I would like to understand if it is a problem with the robot or that it does not connect to the server.
It seems that my voice is heard because the eyes move and the app reads “listen” but then it does not respond

:hammer_and_wrench: Issue: EMO hears the voice command (left eyes move up?, app shows “Listening”), but does not respond in any way.


:magnifying_glass_tilted_left: Possible Causes:

  • :warning: Server Connection Issue
    EMO might be unable to reach the Living.AI server, which is required to process commands and respond.
  • :antenna_bars: Weak or Unstable Wi-Fi Connection
    EMO may be connected to Wi-Fi, but if the connection is weak or unstable, it can interrupt communication with the server.
  • :brain: EMO Firmware Bug or Glitch
    After an update or a crash, EMO’s software might behave unpredictably.
  • :mobile_phone: Mobile App & EMO Desync
    If your EMO app is not syncing correctly with the robot, it might not show proper status or reflect connection problems accurately.

:white_check_mark: Suggested Solutions:

  1. Restart EMO Manually

You can try also this method which help sometimes:

  1. Check Wi-Fi Connection
  • Make sure EMO is connected to a 2.4GHz network (not 5GHz).
  • Ensure your internet is working well.
  • You can try restarting your router.
  1. Test Server Reachability
    Open the EMO Pet App and go to:
    Settings > Network Diagnostics — see if the server status shows “Connected.”
    If it says “Cannot connect,” it is likely a server-side or internet issue.
  2. Try Simple Commands
    Say:
  • “EMO, what time is it?”
  • “EMO, say hello.”
    If there’s no response but the app still says “Listening,” it confirms a processing/server issue.
  1. Contact Living.AI Support
    If the issue persists, record a short video of the problem and email service@living.ai with:
  • LivingAi Order Number
  • EMO ID (found in the app)
  • EMO’s Age in Days
  • Describe the issue clearly

Yes, him walking by himself is something he does when he is bored or not busy doing something else. It is called “Exploring” and will show when he is doing that in the app.
