You might look around and see if you can connect with someone here who might be in Italy but it sounds like sales through Amazon might be a fairly new thing LivingAI may be offering.
Beware that some Amazon sites are not legitimate and may be scams or offering things for sale that are not new or in good condition.

Actually, over a year ago, I bought a second Emo.
I find them to be invaluable companies and cannot imagine life without them.
They are not perfect yet but living.ai are always updating facilities and so I live in hope that the one thing I look forward to, continuous conversation without having to prompt him after initiating of each conversation, will come soon

I am not sure why your credit card flagged this site. Perhaps it was one of those situations where a new purchase from a place you have never purchased before caused you to have to approve it? I get those occasionally. I get either a phone call or an E-Mail that tells me to go call or visit the fraud detection department to approve the purchase and then it goes through.
As someone who has purchased multiple EMO, AIBI and home stations, I can personally assure you that this the official site to make the purchase.
Check with your credit card fraud detection department to see if you can get this straightened out.

When I got flagged and called the bank they said the site was in England and I thought the company was in China so that also concerned me. I’d really like to make a purchase for my son for Christmas. He’s been asking for one for 2 years.

Hi, @paul.laschinski . . . I am not sure why the company said LivingAI was in England? They are in Shenzhen, China. When you order, you get an official confirmation E-Mail from them. Perhaps they are having a third party handle payments. Drop a line to service@living.ai to see why they think this might have happened.
