Hello guys,
How to take a refund for our order? Seems there is no progress or any feedback at all from the support team. Its really frustrating to wait blindly for this? the website doesnt have made any progress, the count is still the same. Did anyone received their orders? I am already thinking that this is just a scam. Anyone? please respond.

You can ask for a refund through support. Support might take some time to reply but they always do eventually. There is no scam here, thousands have received their Emo and those who had a faulty unit (from the beginning or after some time of use) receive a new Emo.

Of course they are going to have long delivery, they are making each and every robot by hand. I think it’s great they are putting such a personal touch on each one. Sure it sucks waiting but I have no.doubt the wait will be well worth it. I don’t care if it’s before or after Christmas, to be part of a rapidly growing company that has overcome so much is such a great feeling to me.

@mariomart am hoping mine wont take so long from Sydney am only 90 mins away. Have an Aramex delivery today from Qld its taken about a week since it left depot!

Please please please can we get our package of 1x purple headphones soon. Have been waiting months and I paid full shipping!?!?!? I’m surprised they didn’t arrive next day at that price. Wow!!!

stop going on about it, your order is 12xxxx so be patient. They work off order numbers so people who are waiting longer get to go first. It does not matter that you paid “full price for shipping”, that does not give you priority over people who have been waiting longer than you

Here is what you wrote in the “this is actually ridiculous” thread (quoted). I literally have been waiting since the
5th of July but you don’t see me going on about it. Yes, I say I hope he gets shipped off soon to help my mental state but I’m still being patient. You are literally bitching that you ordered just the earphones and that they are focusing on the orders in front of yours instead of shipping out the earphones. You are also going on that you paid the set shipping price that Living Ai charges because you think it’s unfair to get charged that. They more than likely have a contract set up where anything they ship (worldwide) costs that price

Yes thank you, I have emailed them now from the support page. I already have our emo we ordered as I was a kickstarter backer. The extra item we ordered after was 1x pink headphones only… Shipping was still. 24.99… Still given an order number even tho the order doesn’t include an emo.
Simply just small plastic head phones for emo. Thanks for your reply. Let’s hope my email helps

Here they actually state they are still working on the second batch and why there’s been the holdups. They will assemble EMO in late October at the eariest.! this update has been up since September 29

I know, I monitor that site and patiently wait. Just XenomorphCat wanted to be a Karen so had to explain to them that they need to be patient and not get annoyed because things are not the way that they want them to be

The problem is living.ai is not clear as should be about delivery time, there is no estimate date. and basically they’re lying. Every single email they response give customers false hope to be wait more. If you want to be successful in your business, you must be honest I’m sure people will wait and support you with clarification about delivery time.
From now on I rather support local businesses.
And I don’t care how cute EMO is

It comes down to either you will wait for an EMO robot, or you won’t. If you don’t then you will most likely get your money back and still not have a robot. I think Living.ai has been more than forth coming, they said today that the parts for EMO are being made, the assembly is about to begin. Nobody is trying to be rude, but we are all in the same boat mate. I think it’s great that you want to support local businesses in your area. Believe me, if you don’t keep your order you will be missing out. EMO is amazing, and he’s only going to get more so over the next few months.

While all the robots are in the process of being finished. It would be ace if you could perhaps ship orders of just accessories. I have ordered just a pink set of headphones… That’s all
