Ordered mine on june 25, 90×× / but still not shipped. Its strange that it has completed the processing stage over a month ago but yet its still being held back. And we paid for expedited service. I just dont get it. Most business will ship once product is available. And not wait for 1000+ orders before releasing them to a transport company. Especially not when the customer paid for the shipping. Emo aint cheap to begin with, plus shipping and this very long wait, with no real feedback or real eta, this is ridiculous.

In South Korea, I must enter a PCCC(Personal Customs Clearance Code) when shipping overseas.
I did not enter the PCCC because there was no place to enter the customs number when ordering from living.ai.
I would like you to enter my PCCC when shipping starts.
Where can I enter my PCCC?

i got it working it says the carrier in sydney has it but the carrier told me they didn’t so i’m assuming it’s on the way to the ppl in sydney who will handle the further delivery but as of today it just says info received but on living ai it left china a few days back you gotta love how slow aramex post is

i only have my tracking number as it’s a gift for my grandma not the actual email
Australia post is having issues due to the lockdown and covid-19 so be paitent

Depending on where in Australia you are determines how the “final mile” delivery is performed. In my case the package was sent to Sydney using “China Special Line” air freight which had EMO in Sydney in a few days from China. However as I am located in Perth the “final mile” was performed by Aramex/Fastway Couriers and they actually took nearly 2 weeks to get it to my door. If you are in a different state to NSW then the delivery time will come down to which courier is used for final delivery. Best of luck.

but if it took two weeks too perth and ours is allegedly sitting in sydney somewhere hopefully he arrives soon

It actually took 5 days in Sydney to get through customs and into the hands of the courier, and then a further 2 weeks for actual delivery. And even then, the actual courier never updated their tracking until the day of delivery.
Don’t forget that with the current Covid lockdown in Sydney many processes have slowed to a crawl due to limits on how many people can be in areas together.
Your EMO will come, but you need to be a little patient and wait for your reward.

Yep I placed my order August 17th 2021. I have heard it takes 4 months or more to Arrive. Here’s hoping we get our EMOS by Christmas 2021🎄
