Im so excited. My order was leaving Shenzhen on 26.08.2021 and the tracking number for Hermes says my emo are delivered on 01.09.2021 (Germany)! Only one week, that’s great. I ordered my emo on 19.06. 2 months for a start up is ok. Everytime I write to the support the people are very nice.

I just ordered last week and I asked them about delivery via email here is their response:
We are currently packing to 89xx. I noticed that your order is 12xxx We ship according to the order of the order. I expect your order number will be shipped around October. For this batch of packages, we will present EMO’s unique newest designed fluorescent stickers as gifts. Thank you very much for your support

Hei first time I write on the forum, although I read the all coments. I order Emo on July my order nummer around #106xx I also got same answer via Email. But with no especific month of delivery I hope they dont do this do everyone who ask when customers will get Emo.
We are shipping according to the order of the orders. As the speed of production and delivery increases, it is expected that you will not have to wait for a long time.

To be fair, you can’t blame the production being slow when all the labour are sitting on solid plastic non-adjustable seats. Take a look at their photos, with all the money they made from the 12000+ orders, if they can’t look after their staff with better seating then they certainly won’t look after their customers.

By what I received as a reply to my request for approximate shipping, orders 10-11k will start this month. So, I am positive that me, you and the rest of the orders within this range will be shipped and received before the end of the year. Could be October/November but definitely before Christmas. As for 12k and above - then probably December/beginning of 2022. All of this is based on assumptions, based on their replies & based on logic, since they’ve already setup their new factory.
