Communication is key, you should have let me know this before you send the delivery. Not a day or two after the delivery… do you understand you promised an item to a customer, you send an item without the promised goods with no communication, not even a note in the box or anything. Obviously customers will be unhappy as they feel ignored by this company…. You did not explain stickers are not ready. You said stickers and uniform will be added to my order! No explanations werks ago that the stickers are not done, still doesn’t justify why the uniform wasn’t included, the uniform is a finished product. Please stop “covering” for yourself and try to have the last say and to be right! For God sake admit you were wrong and then improve your customer service skills and stop the lies!
I can’t imagine, if you messed up with my order and made so many mistakes with me, how many other unhappy and lied to customers are out there! Stop being so “never minded” and start doing something. It’s really not that difficult!
Now you say please don’t worry your package will be shipped!!! I have heard that line a few times before. What about an apology, a word you can use is, SORRY! But please make sure when you use the word “sorry”, that you really mean it and NOT make the same mistake again!!! Learn from your mistakes! You are not ten years old here and still playing “shop” with your best friend, no you are dealing with adult that expect good customer service skills at least. I am trying to help you here to better your customer service skills. See it in a positive light please.

Glad to see you’re happy with your emo. I’m based in the uk as well on holiday in Bristol at the moment, and I ordered on 23rd of June. Just hoping that he doesn’t appear while I’m away! It’s good to see some good news on here and I hope to see more as people receive their emos.

Just sent a demand to cancel my order and have a refund, seem to me that we are doing business with kids, this is not a one $ glass of juice, it’s 400$ of my canadian earning money, so i would expect a better service and most of all Updates that are thrutsome. I have 3 products in waiting and all the time it’s because of this and that. Why not give the write reasons. It’s hard these day’s to do business, never would i have thought of that wow.
