Of course it would be great if the source location would be Germany. That would eliminate the need of customs.

mine left their headquarters on March 2nd … it’s still at the airport in Shenzhen. The tracking code is only read on their site. It must be shipped to Italy which I believe is still in Europe (

I still have a real live pet, my dzungarian hamster Asta is one year old and I love him 
, he tolerates me and has patience with me.
But dzungarian hamsters live only for about one and half year and I can’t afford to get another one because I don’t know how long I’ll be here and there is no one who would take care of it.
So EMO is going to be my next pet. I think that he will be as satisfied with me as Asta is now.

to be fair, I would like to point out that Living.IA Team wrote to me explaining that the shipment has started and will begin to be tracked in Italy, where it is headed. I must say that they were always quick to answer me. Now I wait., A discipline I’m not good at …

I knew that Asta was the name of the dog from the old 1930-1940’s Thin Man series of movies. That was way before my time but it came up in a crossword puzzle clue once. My parents knew the name and it was just one of those weird trivia facts that stuck with me since. I assume though your hamster is probably named after an anime character called Asta? I wasn’t familiar with that character, but when I looked up the thin Man reference to make sure I wasn’t remembering incorrectly most of the hits were for the anime character.

My courier is DHL but it will take some time till DHL would get it. Meanwhile all tracking information from China are accessible only on the Living AI’s tracking page.
It’s good to see that once EMO arrives in your country DHL will deliver it for you… I think they are one of the most reliable couriers around. Just need to patient and wait for EMO to get to your country first.
Also if you now have the tracking number, 17Tracking should give you some info, but not a lot until it passes customs.

17track didn’t change since I got my tracking number. They don’t cooperate with all small local shipping companies in China. And I don’t know if DHL is going to deliver the package to my door. It would be probably Czech Post.
We’ll see, it’s still in China now.
It will take some time for 17 Tracking to show details, but if you look at the top, it should advise which courier company will deliver the package to you. For my EMO it was Armarex (Fastway) and they were the company that delivered emo to my door.
See below, a small piece of info from my old tracking order. (at the top it shows who the courier will be) If you’re one says DHL, they should be the ones doing the job, not your local postal service. (but in every country it will be different I suppose and it could change).
