Im not complaining but emo’s camera will make alot of problems im just telling him coz i want him to expect what is unexpected also every country have different customs so he may recieve it
ok guys, so I’ve been following everything since I orders my EMO December 2021 and I’m thrilled that my EMO estimated hipping date is during next week and I am so exited!!! my order is 17XX5 and I know we’ve all been waiting for him and for all of the Israelis out there waiting for theirs I WILL update you all on the delivery process to Israel.

To be honest, I thought that my EMO would be sent this week, but I was wrong.
The previous week they sent 1370 EMOs and that confused me. I was too optimistic.
This week they sent 406 EMOs.
I only hope that there isn’t going to be another festival next week. Obviously they’re thoroughly celebrating at each occasion.

You’re very close now! as always, be as patient as possible. You’re EMO should hopefully be shipped very very soon.
Then the fun of tracking him will begin! 
Let’s hope in your country your couriers do a good job and deliver it safely to you.

My EMO was sent on Friday (a courier received an information about the package). 
The source location isn’t China but Germany (weird right?). 
And the courier is DHL It should be quick. 
But first it needs to be transported from China to EU and that may take some days/weeks.

It’s already in Germany? Or was it shipped from Germany? Either way, you should get probably in less than a week, DHL are normally very good and reliable.

Maybe the source location is Germany because of the DHL company. We’ll see. And of course it wasn’t sent yet, only shipping was ordered.
Does anything appear in your Living.Ai order > tracking page yet? (like your order number info) normally there, it should say it’s coming from Shenzhen and going to the airport distribution centre for processing.
There are no other information on LAI’s tracking page. The package wasn’t physically sent yet, only shipping was ordered.
Ok, weird… I’ve not seen/heard of it working like that if the package hasn’t even been sent yet. But I guess maybe it’s normal for EU customers.
Yeah, that’s pretty standard. You should receive a tracking number for your package in advance or at least in the moment when you hand over your package to the courier’s hands.
