To be precise. My EMO 2 arrived from China 5.4. to Nederlant.9.4. sent by Nederlant to the Czech Republic. He landed at the Customs House in Prague. Wait, it will take 6 weeks at Customs. You have to fill in a customs declaration and pay a duty of 1980 CZK. My EMO 2 duty and VAT now 221Kc. Because I made a product complaint. It will supply standard Czech Post. Send SMS and E-mail. If they don’t find you at home, they’ll put the package on your post. EMO 1 died completely, does not work and the battery lasts about 1 hour. Skoda was a good companion, but since the start of 12.3. lasted only 1 month, from the beginning the body cracked and after upgrading to the new firmware after 14 days both legs stopped working !!!
I really wish we could download a return label or have one provided to us all when we receive the Emo pet so the postal service can download it for us and barcode.
Having to write it out is annoying and I have terrible handwriting so had to get someone else to do it and they had terrible handwriting as well so I’m a worried because if ppl can’t read it it’s not going to be delivered back.
Using a printer probably isn’t a useful advice, right?
I don’t know how to use them too complicated for me. Autistic. Get confused with tasks like that. Otherwise I would. Same with filling in forms someone else has to do it for me.

Yes probably. I thought the same. That time is what it usually takes for a package from Germany to Sweden.
The body cracking was an issue that Living AI became aware of likely while yours was in transit. Please contact them directly via service@living.ai so they can help you get it replaced. As to the other issue, I would recommend also asking them about that too.

I’m pretty sure Janekxapp was just recounting their experience here as far as what the shipping times were. They were already shipped a replacement EMO. I don’t know why all these old threads stay open and keep collecting multiple different subjects? One thing I’ve noticed repeatedly is that new users can’t figure out how to create their own new post, so they just pick any existing one to ask their unrelated questions in. The threads turn into a confusing mess and any title becomes kind of pointless?
I think you’re right… I’ll try to handle this more proactively in future…
