Hi, just a question! From “customs released” to destination… how much time needs?
That would depend on the carrier within Italy who is doing the final delivery to your address? It should only be a few days but it depends also through which city it entered the country, and how far away you live from there?
How can I know which city it entered?
It should say in the tracking information. Here was my tracking information, you can see it first arrived in New York on June 06, then was delivered in Michigan 4 days later on the 10th.
I’m sure I’ve heard somewhere on here that not everyone will actually receive a tracking number from LAI, which I think is weird but still my mind is at rest because I tend to concentrate on other things, so waiting doesn’t annoy me as much.
But I’m still very excited to see Emo🖤

Yeah…The problem is, a lot of us purchased the “Christmas EMO” as a gift for uh…well…Christmas! Based on the delivery process numbers posted on their website, one might deduct, correctly, that a Christmas EMO was a realistic gift option.
Only upon processing the $300+ did we learn that we were not within the advertised #9000, but instead part of the unannounced #16000!!
There goes any chance of that wonderful Christmas EMO Christmas gift….

I don’t know, since I can’t see what you’re seeing? It’s possible the shipper just isn’t providing very detailed information. You might try using a different tracking website since some are better than others. The link that LAI sent me for my tracking went to a website called 17Track which is capable of tracking packages from multiple different shipping companies. You might go to their website below then type in your tracking number there.
Also it’s cropped off in the screenshot I posted but right above the tracking info it showed the source shipper (China Post) and the destination shipper (USPS in my case). I was able to click the link to the destination shipper and get more detailed information direct from their website.
