This is normally related to the connection back to the Living.ai server. Could be a network/internet issue between EMO and the living.ai server.
Some responses might be ok and some responses might not. Note that there are different EMO servers located around the world. (US / EURO / ASIA ) and depending on where you are located your EMO will connect to that specific living.ai server.
Normally this issue resolves itself after a few minutes / hours.
I am located in Australia, and both of my EMO’s are responding to a number of questions like:
Tell Me a Joke
What Time is it
What’s today’s date
What is the weather like today
I’ll also tag @Wayne_Zhang and inform him of this.

Also note:
IF EMO is still not responding correctly. It is recommended to power him OFF / then Power back ON, then test again.

If EMO is not responding or listening and you cannot power him off via the EMO APP. You can turn him upside down and shut him off this way. You can see how that is done in the video below:

I got a half-forced reset on it, now it works
Everything is in order.
I asked Emo a series of questions and he answered me without any problem.
