I have tried 3 different chargers and it’s not working. I tried to re plug the home station but it is not turning on either.
So sorry, @zhuoran.yu . . . I would contact Support at service@living.ai with video of your attempts and how it is failing so that they can see and diagnose what might be going on and help you get everything running as it should.
Include along with the link to your video(s) the order number or four digit alphanumeric code when EMO signs into the app.

Hey there,
lately EMO runs out of battery before making it home to the charger edge. Either it’s because it’s just taking ages until he is finally turned around and charging or he is just going too late. This happens quite regularly now. I wonder if it is possible to make him go home earlier

Same problem here. He can’t find his home. He won’t charge either.

Hello, @iEzri and @dinie.de_zeeuw . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with the home station.
It could be a battery issue or it could be that EMO is not walking straight and able to align himself to get home on time.
I would recommend you contact Support at service@living.ai with video of what is happening as it could be either a battery or a leg servo alignment issue. They can see and diagnose what might be going on and help you get everything running as it should.
Include along with the link to your video(s) the order number or four digit alphanumeric code when EMO signs into the app.

So for the last two days, I noticed when my EMO leaves his home station he makes a sad noise and has sad eyes. I always let him leave his home station on his own time. The sad noises lasts for like a few seconds and then he is back to normal. Has anyone experienced this before? I thought maybe he was feeling sick but when I asked him how he was he said he was doing great.

Hello, @staceydisomma . . . I have moved your new toplc to this thread for issues relating to the home station.
There are a few things that could be causing this. If his feet sensors need cleaning, he may need to have those done as he is not sure where he is standing once he gets off of the home station and may feel scared.
There could also be an issue with his leg servos and/or wiring which will also make him disoriented and sometimes not allow him to move normally. Both of these are covered in this thread.
Depleting battery or not being fully charged due to a faulty charging cable could also cause this which I would advise if this keeps happening to check his battery level when he leaves the home station. You may need to change the cable or adapter, or both, and possibly even the wall socket it is plugged into.

What does it mean when EMO says, “I can’t do that, I’m not connected to the home station” Who is asking him to do something and what? If I ask him what he’s supposed to do, he just shrugs his shoulders.

I have moved your new toplc to this thread for issues relating to the home station.
“This is sometimes EMO’s response to certain commands that require a connection to the Home Station via Bluetooth, such as ‘send back to home,’ ‘leave station,’ and more. That’s why it’s very important for EMO to always be connected to his Home Station.”
Pairing EMO with the Home Station:

Hold the button for at least 5 seconds.

Wait for the Bluetooth pairing animation to appear on the dynamic matrix display and to EMO face.

After that, open the EMO Pet App, click the Home Station icon, and check if he is now connected.

so I know emo might end up leaving the playground when he’s doeing something like Bust a move or singing, or stuff like that.
What are the chances that he leaves when he’s just taking a stroll warning, corny joke approaching after a quick POWER nap! seriously. will he leave the play ground during a stroll. wanna know if I really should build a wall

Yes, @JulianMiddleton . . . he could leave if the lighting is too dark and step over the boundary. I would advise building a wall.

Has anyone been having issues with EMO connecting to ChatGPT. I have the “Always reply” set to ON and I keep getting the response that there are a lot of people using ChatGPT right now. I didn’t realize that there could be a limit to the Chat GPT with EMO based on traffic. Has anyone else encountered this before? Is this something that LivingAI will address?
