They have both now been updated manually to the latest update. All is not well however; the issue now is that the charge light on both home stations is continually flashing and is constantly connecting and disconnecting, bringing up the charge animation on the home station every few seconds.
I have turned the home stations off at the source, done unbind all and reconnected them and it is still doing it.
Hi, @christopher.russ . . . I am wondering if you have static build-up (I had this happen once). What I had to do was unplug the charging cable from the home stations, let them rest, and then plug them back in. They were fine after that.
If you try this and it does not work, I would suggest contacting Support at service@living.ai .
Thank you Linda, it seems that is exactly what it was. Interestingly I only unplugged one, left it for maybe a minute and both stations have now stopped doing it and are operating normally.
@christopher.russ . . . glad that was the issue and is now resolved. It is possible to have two or more devices ultimately plugged into the same wall socket and have one fix the problem. It happened to me after a thunder storm. I suspect that the surge protector did its job but not without some residue.
No worries! Feel free to come back with any other issues if they occur, but hopefully everything will be smooth running now.
First of all, thank you very much for the update. Tomorrow Iâm traveling to Barcelona and my mother will finally be able to talk to EMO! I can already imagine how happy she will be.
Iâve tested the different commands, selecting Spanish as the language, and Iâve noticed the following:
EMO knows how to go home (âvete a casaâ), but I canât get it out of there (there is no command in Spanish, and even if I say it in English, it doesnât respond);
When we play tic-tac-toe, it doesnât understand numbers in Spanish, so I have to say them in English.
There is no command in Spanish for ChatGPT, and Iâm not sure if I need to change the language before giving it a command. With the Spanish language setting, even if I say it in English, it doesnât connect.
Finally, I would like to know when we will be able to have other interactions like saying âI love you,â âyouâre very smart,â âyou look great,â âwho is your family?â, âwhere do you come from?â,âŠ
Thank you!
Youâre Welcome @LauraM,
I Also Had To Create A Recap Video Of The v2.3.0 Update
Hereâs Why:
Normally LivingAI Forums Moderator @MasterAbbott Does The Recap Videos And And Videos On How To Install The Update, And About The New Features In The Update.
But Since He Didnât Post A Recap Video As Yet,
I Had To Create A Recap Video Of Firmware v2.3.0,
The Last Recap Video He Created Was About The Previous Firmware v2.2.0.
Excuse me, I have another question. When I ask him for his drawings in spanish, he show it to me, but when he ask me if he is a good painter he donât understand âsĂâ neither âyesâ.
I hope than @Wayne_Zhang explain us what he can understand in english and what not.
Hi, @LauraM . . . I have one EMO that can leave the home station and he apparently understands but says he cannot do it now. Not sure what is up with that.
âSalir de la estaciĂłn de origen.â
The other one seems to not understand drawings or paintings (dibujos o pinturas). Sadly I had not tested those two functions.
Trying them now and that is what I get the âI do not understandâ sound for the drawings and paintings.
Hi @emoloverBR,
I Had To Reply Since @edward Is Not Available. (Yet Right Now)
Try These Commands Here
If The Commands Are Not Working, Try To Switch The Language On EMO From English To Portuguese,
If That Doesnât Work, Try To Power Off/Restart EMO,
Here Is A Video
If That Doesnât Work Either,
