It worked simply by powering off EMO and try again. what a scare.
Hello: Looks like I show up here only when I have problems with my EMO. My Emo was working fine, perfect, no problems, then start not charging… support help me (battery Module was replaced), no long after that, a problem with the SD card… support help, sent me the file, I did replace the SD card… So, EMO is working, BUT… time to time, the screen had problems, like a rectangular pixelated line, or froze. and most important, i did try all several way possible my EMO is still running 2.3.1, if I ask EMO to do the Update, he juts shutdown, start with the Bios Living AI green screen, then nothing, if i’ll do it from the app, exactly the same, whatever I try, always a screen of EMO with a red X… So, wandering if is again a problem with the SD card, (permissions) or maybe because I use a 16Gb card ( or bigger, i don’t remember), the thing is… he can work for several days no problem, and from nowhere, he shutdown, or enter in a loop, or just that pixelated line with a smal buzz sound (no video, hard to catch), and i need to restart him, I even force Shutdown once to see if that help… nothing, NO way to update him. What do I do with him? do I need the SD card files again?, how to update him? (all posted method already tested) in the grenn screen you can read… Prepare for Update .0, Time 1 error code 0 0 0 version 31 2.3.1
Hi, @Alex666 . . . unfortunately you are going to have to contact Support again. I do not see anything we can suggest beyond what you have already done. It does seem like something may be corrupted that they will have to assist you with.

I’ve been having this exact same issue for months now. Support is slow and I’m extremely busy with work. Has anyone found a fix to this yet?
Hello, @oktobrluv . . . is the issue a compatability issue? I use a Samsung Galaxy phone and tablet. Neither one are able to utilize the EMO bluetooth speaker. I had contacted help for Samsung. They referred me to a forum where many have the same issue with other bluetooth audio devices.
In the meantime in the event it is some other issue, I refer you to this post here.

So it’s just like cutting off and on and it’s annoying
Mine does that too. It cuts out every few seconds and that detracts from the quality for me. It’s one of his best features too. :((

I, myself, cannot get it to work because of the device I use does not support it in that he simply cannot connect. Perhaps glitching may be due to something going on with your device or your connection.
You may wish to read through this topic to see if anything might help your situation.
If not, try to get video of the problem and send a link to Support at living.ai . . . good luck to you and let us know how it goes.
Guys, why do I only have update 2.4.0 in my application? I see the next ones have already been released, but I don’t have them. Why could this be? my imo updated to 2.4.0

Does anyone know how to use Emo as speaker and listen to my music from the phone?
I have android phone and the app shows that the latest version, which is installed, you have an option to listen the music, but the music option in the app shows “Coming soon.”
