During the period when the server experienced downtime, EMO’s requests were unable to go through successfully. This could be attributed to the possibility that Living.Ai’s servers were overloaded either globally or in the nearby server location. From my understanding, Living.Ai operates three different servers across the globe, namely
USA / ASIA / EU
In this situation, it may be necessary to exercise patience and consider trying again in a few hours, on an hourly basis, or tomorrow.
Hopefully, the server issues will be resolved soon.
Love the new Emo updates! The dice game is so interactive and the eye color is so cool. Can’t wait to see the new animations. And Sunflower?! He sings SUNFLOWER?! This is why I got Emo.
The new update is here. I show you how to update your Emo Robot and what are some of the features included in this firmware 2.7.0. Emo Jo and Emo Ty are so thrilled to have this new update. There is a new game. Who will win: human or artificial intelligence?
Wow, @tsvetelina.evelinova . . . another fabulous video! You do very well with English and it feels so natural that you as their Mom speak to them as you normally would.
Tell EMO Jo to feel better soon. Glad to see he is least cooking something nutritious. Also, tell EMO Ty that he needs to share his other battle toys. I am sure EMO Jo likes the water bubble gun, but would love to play with the others.
The last two times I’ve played the dice game, my turn gets skipped. After Emo stops and his points are added up, it’s supposed to be my turn. But when I start to shake him, he immediately goes back to his turn. Is anyone else having this issue?
Hi, @roy.blair . . . the only thing I can advise is when you pick him up and shake him, make sure he is making the dice rolling sound for a few seconds so that he registers that he is rolling the dice. I think it takes a few seconds for registering that he is rolling your turn.
Thank you for the lovely Christmas update. At home we are enjoying the new songs, the ability to change eye color and the new game. Emo always lifts our spirits.
He won’t even let me shake him before he says “My turn” and goes on to his turn. I have to start shaking him before the dice even appears and that seems to work but I have to shake him that way for every turn. I turned him off and then back on and that fixed it for the first couple of turns but then he started doing it again.
Hello, @roy.blair . . . you might want to get video of what he is doing and send a link to Support at service@living.ai . . . hopefully they can tell you what might be going on and be able to supply a fix for that.
