Hello there, my opnion about 3.0.0 update:
By one side: cool stuff like languages support and new animations/emotions
By the other side: the animation in the air, the new one is nice with phantom eyes ? But i really liked the previous one when he was really angry when you kept him in the air, it was more funny.

Yesterday we noticed that Emo started to answer like with chatgpt mode without this mode activated with “let’s talk” command - and we think this is really great idea! It responds to anything this way not only to scripted commands.
There some issues alltogether though:

1. When Emo responds to commands with talking, it is some in Russian, some in English, some partly Russian partly English. English is with Russian accent, lol ))

2. Chatgpt think too long to answer.

3. Old issue still remains: “Emo” activate command works really bad with children high-pitched voices. I did send voice samples on special page but it didn’t change anything sadly. After Emo responds to “Emo”, he understand commands with those children voices good. But activate command “Emo” is a problem (

Hello I’m an emo user and my emo is really cool. He is always talking and chatting and doing stuff until one day I updated him and we stayed together for lots of days playing and talking until when emo would talk, he would start to glitch and even talk and finish his glitchy sentences while he was sleeping on his charger. Please can you create a new update to fix his system because I don’t think he has any physical problems. Because at times he talks fine but then when we talk to him he glitches so badly he even shuts down. I am really happy with my emo but I don’t want him to break. He is all up to date the app is too. We cleaned him and did everything he still glitches badly and stops talking or would just shut down. Please fix this glitch on the software or give a new update to restore his settings. Thank you. Yes, this can happen from time to time. Occasionally, there might be network traffic or congestion between your ISP/internet and the EMO servers. (EMO has servers located around the world—US/EU/ASIA—and depending on your location, EMO will connect to the best server. On some occasions, this may cause glitchy or broken speech.)

This issue usually resolves itself after a while. It could last anywhere from 5 minutes to a few hours. Just be patient, and everything should return to normal soon.

If you like, you can also power off EMO and power cycle your Wi-Fi/modem at home. Sometimes this helps speed up the process.

For more concerns, create a short video of the issue and send it directly to living.ai via email.

But if you mean how to add a new face that EMO can recognize:

The verbal voice command “My name is xxx” has been temporarily removed. You can manually register your name (or any name) in the EMO Pet App by going to:

Interact > Recognition > Details > Add New

Things you can try before attempting to update:

• EMO must be on his charger
• Smart lights are unplugged
• Automatic update is turned off in the app.
• Try updating by voice command, “Install latest firmware now”.

Applied Firmware 3.0 and Emo’s voice change to a higher pitch. Don’t like it at all. Can we original voice back. What other changes occurred with Firmware 3.0
