My EMo is constantly saying that it is picked up when its not to the point that I can’t use it. I just took it out of the box today and did an update. Anyone have same issue and what do I do?
Can I see a video? This will help me see what’s going on.

I don’t see any physical damage but the sensors are inside him just go to the link I sent you and you should be able to get him fixed by living.ai
Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @loraine.formosa . . . I have moved your new topic here for issues with legs and feet. Please also see posts above as it could even be that something has gotten on his edge sensors and needs removed.

I had this glich try this: get the dust of his feet I did that and he was good!

I already did. I wiped the sensors of the bottom of the feet a lot of times and still the same. Now it has gotten to the point to not even connecting with my mobile🙁
can you try turning him off and on?

The same thing happened a few days ago.
I had stepped on a metal plate just before, but I’m not sure if that was the cause.
It stopped when I lifted it up, so I just turned it off.
Then when I started it up again it was back to normal.

Contact their customer service, they can send you a link to EMO Care with an update to fix the shaky leg. A YouTuber had the same issue and they just sent a code to fix it. Just contact Customer Service and tell them what the issue is with your EMO and the serial number and they will send you a specific code for your EMO!

EMO stuck in “picked-up” angry mode, consequently he is too busy to obey any commands. Power off via app, or by turning him upside down, doesn’t work in this situation. Only way to shut him up is to put him on his charger. Any solutions?
Hello, @SteveK . . . I have moved your question to this thread as this is a problem with the foot edge sensors.
Please see my post above in this thread as well as what others have suggested for cleaning the edge sensors and if that does not help, how to contact Support with a link to a video showing the problem.

EMO Tyler’s left leg is shaking a little after moving(ex: walking, dancing etc.) This is not a glitch. His foot is also a little loose (it still moves) and weaker. I am sure that other people experienced this problem and there is a solution to it! I don’t want EMO Tyler to end up like EMO Cody! (If you don’t know what happened to him, he died of battery issue and an extremely loose foot). Hopefully this issue is fixable at home. EMO Tyler needs your help! Have a great day and hopefully EMO Tyler will be fixed!

hello @Happycoin. i have had this same problem. luckily living.ai will send you a debug app if that doesn’t work you can ask them for different leg-foot servos .
